BONGWATER BILLIARDS GAME RULES

All Re-Rack's (rr’s) are to be approved by the TD hosting. The TD must be called to the table to approve the RR. The TD's decision is final.

RULES FOR BASIC TRNYS

Regular Eight:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Pot all of the balls of your designation (solids or stripes) and then pot the 8 ball.

Bar Room Brawl:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Regular 8-ball rules apply except: BIH can only be used as if it were a break shot (meaning you have to put cue, (white ball) to the left side of the break line and shoot only balls on the right side of break line) No BIH any other time.
No shooting balls behind the line after scratch.

Call Your Shots:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion.8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Before you shoot, you must call which ball and which pocket you are trying for.
To call a shot, a player must name the color of the object ball and the desired pocket (ie. Red BR = Red Bottom Right. Stripe/solid is irrelevant as you will only have one suit).

If you do not make your shot, but pocket another ball instead, you must tap cue ball, giving opponent ball in hand.
Failure to do this will be a warning the first time, and the second time DQ.

Full Power:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Played as regular 8 ball with one exception: All shots must be made with full power on the power bar.
Must wait for opponent to say "GO" before you release your shot.
Opponent says "GO" once they see the power bar at full power.

Battle of the Sexes:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
Game is played as regular 8 ball game.
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion.8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Players are divided into two teams: Men and Women.
Each group plays a standard tourney format.
At the end of all matches, winner of Mens Team plays the winner of the Womens Team for the title as Winner of the BOS Tourney.

Boot ‘Em:
Played on PROTECTED TRAINING Tables.
Each Player will take turns shooting once and then stand. You shoot in order of line up in Room.
When you miss a shot, scratch,or reset table,You will be booted from the table by TD and are out of tourney.
So if you Sink a Ball, great, you get to stay in room and keep playing , if not, bye bye your gone.
You may sink any ball in any order but try not to sink the cue ball.
Last person at table is the Winner.

Unrated Red Ball:
Played on PROTECTED UNRATED Tables.
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Play as Regular 8 ball with one exception: you MUST make your RED ball (solid or stripe) LAST before the 8 ball is made.
If you drop your opponents red ball accidentally, continue game.
If you drop your red ball early, you lose. Cancel game and report in lobby.
If red ball or 8 Ball is made on break please rerack and start over.

Rated Red Ball:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion unless specified by the TD.
Play as Regular 8 ball with one exception: you MUST make your RED ball (solid or stripe) LAST before the 8 ball is made.
If you drop your opponents red ball accidentally, continue playing.
If you drop your red ball early, you tap the ball to your opponent.
If red ball or 8 Ball is made on break please rerack and start over.

Switch Hitter:
Played on PROTECTED UNRATED Tables.
Played as regular 8 ball game until finals. Finals is played like a 2 vs 2 game.
Finalists pick another player from the tourney to partner with them in the finals.
First finalist in match called selects their partner first.
Only qualified finalist wins bux.
If you lose, stick around ... you may be asked to partner in the finals.

2v2 Shoot n Stand:
Played on PROTECTED UNRATED Tables.
Move cue ball at least 1 ball width on break on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
One player from lower bracket sits first, then one player from upper bracket.
Game will be designated by TD and players must follow those game rules.
Players will take turns shooting. Shoot once then stand up and your partner will sit down and continue the turn.

P-I-G:
Played on PROTECTED TRAINING Tables.
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion.8 ball in on break is a re-rack
Each player takes one shot (NOT including the break). If you miss you get one letter. All balls are played where they land. (no BIH)
Whoever gets P-I-G first loses.
If all balls are potted without someone being eliminated, re-rack and continue with same rules.

Who Do You Trust:
Played on PROTECTED UNRATED Tables.
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: when you get to the 8 ball, you must stop and invite another league member to pot the 8 for you.

Rodeo:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: attempts to pot the 8 ball start at the top left pocket and proceed to the pockets clockwise around the table until the 8 is potted.
First attempt on 8 ball for both players is the Top Left corner. If missed, the next attempt is the Top Middle pocket.
This goes in rotation until the 8 ball is potted (ie. Top Left, Top Middle, Top Right, Bottom Right, Bottom Middle, Bottom Left).
Each player keeps track of their own succession. It is possible for a player to be on his 3rd attempt (ie. Top Right) and his opponent is on his 2nd attempt (ie. Top Middle).

Dirty Pool:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: When shooting the 8 ball, the opponent gets to call how the 8 must be sunk.
Either by banking it, calling a pocket or full power.
Double or triple banking can not be specified.
HERE'S THE CATCH, you can't call the same finishing shot twice in a row.
You may only choose those 3 ways to sink the 8 ball but you are not allowed to choose the same way twice in a row.
If 8 is pocketed other then how specified by opponent, then you will not be declared the winner.

Mystery Pocket:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: when you make your last ball ask TD in lobby for a pocket. .
That remains your pocket until game is finished.

Black and Blue:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: wherever you make your BLUE ball is the pocket that you must pot the 8 ball in.
Blue ball can be made at any time during the game.

Musical Chairs:
Played on PROTECTED & UNRATED tables.
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8..
At Anytime the TD may come to your table and say 'Switch' and you and your opponent must switch seats and continue playing. .
The TD may show up more than once, or not at all, you never know.

Psychic Eight:
Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
Game is played like regular 8 ball with one exception: .
You must call your pocket for the 8 BEFORE break. .

B.B.L.M.:
Played on PROTECTED TRAINING Tables.
Black ball is used to break (from where it sits in rack)and shoot.
Shoot any ball in any order. (including white)
Shoot until all balls are made. .
Opponent counts each miss. (misses only, not scratches)
Player with least misses wins !

2v2 Shoot Till You Miss:
Played on PROTECTED UNRATED Tables.
All players of the two teams playing each other will play at the same table.
The teams will decide who is to play first for each team. .
Move cue ball at least 1 ball width on break on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
The players then will take it in turns but they carry on shooting till they miss, then there partner takes the seat.
Game will be designated by TD and players must follow those game rules.
If a player from a Team is MIA (missing in action) then a timer may be called or the player whos partner isnt there may call for a replacement player till their teammate returns.
