OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves about 1 1/4 pounds

1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup italian seasoned dry
bread crumbs
1 jar 26 to 28 ounces
Ragu Old World Style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
about 4 ounces
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
Preheat oven to 400*F
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs,
coating well
In 13X9-inch glass baking dish,
arrange chicken
Bake uncovered 20 minutes
Pour Ragu Pasta Sauce over chicken
then top with cheese
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until
chicken is no longer pink.
Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta


Beer Bread

Recipe Summary

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Butter a loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and beer and mix well. The mixture should be sticky. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes. At the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from oven, brush the top of the loaf with butter and return to oven


Chinese Chicken Salad

2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1/2 large head of cabbage chopped
4 green onions chopped
2 tlbs sesame seeds
�� cup slivered almonds
1 package chicken flavored top ramen

DRESSING

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tlbs sugar
3 tbls vinegar
�� cup oil (I like to use �� c sesame oil, 1/8 cup olive oil, and 1/8 cup canola oil)
1 pack of the chicken flavored top ramen seasoning
Lightly brown almonds and sesame seeds on a cookie sheet in the oven for 5-10 minutes @ 350��. Watch carefully and stir around. They can burn before you know it.
In large bowl, mix cooked cubed chicken, chopped cabbage, and chopped green onions.
After the almonds and seeds have cooled, place in a smaller bowl along with uncooked crumpled top ramen noodles.
Mix dressing in another small bowl.
Before serving add the almonds, seeds, and dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss.


Pineapple-Walnut Cake

(this is so easy anyone can make it and make it great)

2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 eggs
1 can Crushed Pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans if you prefer
Preheat oven to 350
Spray Pam or other spray grease on 9x13 pan
Mix all ingreds together, pour in pan, bake for 30 to 45 mins.. Watch and when light brown and toothpick comes out clean it is ready to take out. Very moist cake.
Icing -
1 pk of creamed cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together. Might need extra powdered sugar if you let your creamed cheese and butter get to soft. Spread over warm cake and ENJOY!!!!
