Chicken Cheddar Casserole

1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 C. Milk
1 C. cooked Chicken, diced
2 C. cooked Noodles
2 Tbsp. Pimento diced
1 Tbsp. chopped Parsley

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole
blend cheese soup with milk until smooth
Mix in remaining ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


ZUCCHINI BREAD FROM TDL'S KITCHEN


3 EGGS
¾ C. SOUR CREAM
1/3 C. OIL
2 C. SUGAR
2 C. GRATED ZUCCHINI
3 tsp. VANILLA
3 C. FLOUR
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp SODA
1 tsp BAKING POWDER
3 tsp CINNAMON
¾ tsp NUTMEG
½ C. NUTS chopped


BEAT EGGS UNTIL FOAMY.
ADD OIL, SOUR CREAM, SUGAR, ZUCCHINI AND VANILLA.
MIX LIGHTLY, BUT WELL. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD NUTS. ADD TO FIRST MIXTURE AND MIX JUST UNTIL BLENDED.
BAKE AT 325* FOR ONE HOUR, IN 2 GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PANS. MAKES 2 LOAVES

1 pound processed cheese, cubed
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained (turkey works well too)
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) whole kernal corn, undrained
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, undrained
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope taco seasoning

Grease the inside of the Crock Pot.
Combine Cheese, beef, corn, beans, jalapeno, if desired, tomatoes with chilies and stewed tomatoes into the prepared crock.
Cover & Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 3 hours or until done. Serve with corn chips if desired.
(We love this with the Gold Corn Chips)

Peanut Butter Fudge from Fisherprice5967 kitchen


2 cups sugar in shallow frying pan, then add the following:
1/3 cup of white Karo Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk


Stir until no dry sugar left
place frying pan on low heat to slow boil - stir often
test in cold water - must be able to roll into little ball

take off stove - add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 tsp of vanilla
transfer to a buttered 8 x 8 cooling pan and let it set up

works best to make double batch each time
