On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion. 8 ball in on break is a re-rack.
When it comes time for your opponent to hit the 8 ball in, You name the pocket for the 8 to be potted. (in table chat).
That pocket remains the target pocket for the 8 ball until the conclusion of the game.
Similarly, your opponent will call the pocket in which YOU must pot the 8 Ball, and that remains your pocket until the conclusion of the game.
