Played on PROTECTED & Rated Tables. (unless 2 vs. 2 then must be UNRATED)
On break, move cue ball at least 1 ball width on or behind the break line in a forward motion.
All balls must be made in middle 2 pockets. If a ball goes into a corner pocket, player must tap cue and give opponent BIH playable anywhere (unless a ball goes into the middle pocket first).
