LEAGUE RULES

EUCHRE REBELS EUCHRE AND YAHTZEE *LEAGUE AND LOBBY RULES*
This league strives to be DRAMA FREE. Please do not bring drama or create drama in the lobby or at the tables.
Member Etiquette Euchre Rebels does not allow disrespect towards our staff or league members. Foul language is not acceptable in the lobby or at the tables. The use of the "f" word is strictly prohibited and will result in a 30 minute gag. Our league does not allow any member to accuse other members of cheating in the lobby or at the tables nor do we allow any insulting of players in the lobby or at the tables. First offense for these actions are as follows:
1st Offense: warning;
2nd Offense: boxed 1 Day;
3rd Offense: boxed 3 Days
Should this behavior continue, member can be removed from the league.
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. We do not allow insulting a player or staff member at any time. Insulting of players or staff will result in the following: 1st Offense: warning; 2nd Offense: 5 minute gag, Salty will be notified; 3rd offense: 30 minute gag,
Salty will be notified
Should this behavior continue, member is subject to removal from the league.

POLITICS AND RELIGION
Discussion of politics or religion is strongly discouraged. This is a touchy subject for all and an individuals beliefs should not be forced on others.

LEAGUE ID'S
Members are allowed to have one league name. Should a player have two names in the league and staff finds it you will be asked to choose which name you want to use. Should you not respond to the request staff will remove the name that is used the least.

MEMBERS WHO SHARE SAME HOUSEHOLD
If you are a member in the league and a member of your household wants to join the league, please notify Admin so we are aware of this. Members of the same household are not allowed to make a team in any tournament. Members of the same household cannot sub for each other unless there are no other subs available.
1v1 Tournaments - Household members are allowed to join the same 1v1 tournament. Cases site will pair members and Hosts have no control over pairings.
2v2 Tournaments - If household members choose to join a tournament as an auto player, players should not jump consecutively. Players should space out when they go auto which will keep them from being paired up as partners.

SAFE HARBOR RULES
Safe Harbor is our site host and should be treated with the same respect as all members and staff. Safe Harbor staff, are free to come in and out of the lobby at anytime and monitor our league lobby and tables at all times.
Safe Harbor is a family friendly site and as such they expect all members to refrain from discussing politics and religion. Also, this site does not allow members to promote illegal gambling or drug use.
In addition, this host site does not allow personal attacks on members or false rumors meant to discredit or harm the reputation of any person on the Safe Harbor site. Safe Harbor does not allow the member name (id) or team names to have that would be demeaning, adult in nature, political or religious. Safe Harbor staff can and will ask that any member name or team name be changed if they deem it necessary.

TOURNAMENT/GAME RULES/EUCHRE AND YAHTZEE
Games are hosted on the hour and half hour. Games on the hour are "quickies" and last about a half hour or less. Games on the half hour are regular games and last about an hour or longer. These games are the hosts choice. All games will start at the time set for the tournament or no later than 5 minutes after the posted tournament time.
Members are allowed to play in a Euchre and Yahtzee tournaments at the same time as long as it does not slow down either tournament. Members are allowed to play two euchre tournaments at the same time as long as they can play in a timely fashion. Should a member play in two games at the same time, either Euchre or Yahtzee, steady play is required. If a member slows down game play significantly they can be asked to drop from one of the games by staff.
Members are NOT allowed to play in two different leagues at the same time. Should host become aware of this happening, host will immediately DQ player.
TOURAMENT DIRECTORS ARE NOT TO SPAM THE LOBBY UNTIL 25 MINUTES B4 THIER TOURNAMENT IS TO START.

GAME PLAY All tables will be assigned by the host. Host can allow members pick a table at their discretion. Members are responsible for watching the lobby for pairings. Staff is not required to message or flag a member to come to their assigned table.

TIMERS
Once a tournament has been closed and pairings are posted in lobby members have 3 minutes to get to table and this is for the entire tournament. This timer will start upon the tournament time being posted by Host. Should a player become froze at table, does not play, or needs a BRB, Host will try to help player that is frozen by asking player to try to stand or soft booting a player. If player is slow playing, player can be asked to play steady and if slow play continues, Host may time player. Again, player is allowed 3 minutes for the entire game. BRB (be right back) If a player needs to step away from playing at any point in the tournament please state so at the table. Host will be consider this with a little more leniency. However, after sufficient time has passed Host may time player on BRB. Should a player be timed out at any time, beginning of tournament or during a tournament, that player will not be allowed to sub in that tournament. The only time a player will be allowed to sub after being timed out is if there are not enough players to continue play in the tournament.

TABLE RULES
Pairings - 1v1 Games; First person listed in pairings in lobby sits first. Host may ask second person listed to set table should first person doesn't sit in a timely fashion. Pairings - 2v2 Games; First person on first team will sit first. Second person on team may sit first if first person does not sit in a timely fashion. Either person on team 2 may sit after first person of team one sits. Table made wrong - All players will be asked to stand and table will be remade in the same order of seating as above. Players are to sit in the same seats once table is remade. No exceptions will be allowed. Should a table be made wrong and it is not noticed and play has started, host will ask players to remake table. Seating will still be chosen by the first person in pairings, etc. and all players will sit in the same seats they were in, no exceptions. Points accumulated while table settings are wrong will NOT be carried over to the new table. Table glitches - Should a table glitch, freeze, no cards, etc. Host may ask a player to stand from table and return. Sometimes this fixes the glitch. However, if the glitch continues, Host can ask players to move to new table. Seating will be the same as original pairings and players will sit in the same seats as they were at in the table they left. If there is a score, score will be used at new table and Host will track score. Should a player state that they "didn't order up card" Host is unable to determine if it is a glitch or accident by player, therefore, play will continue.

BOO RULE
1v1 Tournament - player is dq'd from tournament if they boo twice in same tournament. 2v2 Tournament - team is dq'd from tournament if team commits two boos in same tournament.
Should a boo occur during a game the person left of the boo will be asked to determine if deal is skipped. Player will determine one or two skips or if they want to play the hand out. Some boos are fixable in some games and the host will offer that option if hosting a fixable game. Once boo has been fixed, game play returns to normal play. A player boos from a tournament player will not be allowed to sub for the entire tournament unless there are not enough players to finish the game. NO BOO TOURNAMENT - If a player boos in a no boo tournament the player is out of the tournament. Player cannot sub in this tournament TOURNAMENT SUBS - If you are a sub and you boo, you will be asked to stand and a new sub will be needed. If there are not enough players in the lobby to complete the game you will be allowed to continue to sub. CHEATING - Cheaters never win. If you feel the need to cheat you to win, please do not join our league. If proven that you are cheating, you will be removed from the league. These rules should be followed by all and staff.
