Filling:
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup tapioca
4 cups sliced peaches
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Mix filling ingredients. Let sit 15 min.
Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar packed
¼ cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
3 Tablespoons butter
Mix topping ingredients, mixing in butter til crumbly.
Sprinkle 1/3 mixture on bottom of unbaked 9” pie shell.
Cover with peaches.
Top with remaining mixture.
Bake @ 400 about 40 minutes.
