Eggnog Bread
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 c Eggnog (not canned)
1/2 c Margarine, melted
2 t Rum extract
1 t Vanilla
2 1/4 c Flour
2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Nutmeg
Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, margarine rum and vanilla, mix well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. Add Flour baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir until moistened. Pour into pan.
Use 9 x 5 loaf pan, Grease bottom.
bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 min. Cool 10 min and remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
