T.D.  GUIDELINES
We ask that you DO NOT hold TD status in another league but consideration will be given if you can assure us that maintaining your position in both leagues as required by Kewlpool League will not conflict.  This may need approval from your other league directors; do not assume this, prior to filing application.  Any TD  that happens to host in more then one league , has a responsibility to keep this information private and runs a risk to lose their status as TD should it be found that league members are following them to the second league.   Theres no exception to this rule.  No TD is to host in two leagues with the same name.
 
Applicants must have participated in at least 25 tours and be a member of the league for at least 3 months.
 
All HTDS are expected to host one special on the main page every week and two additional tournies that don't have to be scheduled on the calender.  They should jump a least three tours a week.  We are looking for devoted individuals, who are willing to participate not only in playing but hosting.  We are asking that our Tour Directors to at least dedicate and be obligated to hosting 3 tours a week.  If such obligations are unreasonable, please let us know what you can offer.  We will hold you responsible for fulfilling your responsibility.  We realize things come up that are unpredictable ...but even though this is just a game ......others rely on us.  Absence and neglect of your duties hurts everyone ...the league suffers and members will find another league that will entertain them.  You want jumpers ?...be there when you are supposed to and they will come!  Omission of your duties will result in a request of termination of position.  Please, this is an organization, we want serious, devoted people to represent our league!
 
We have created three messengers for HTD's and ADMNs to use for linking members..they being msn, yahoo and aim.  We aspect our HTDs and ADMNs to link with them, for they are updated and maintained routinely.  Every member is entitled to be linked...not only that "hitting" all members only will only assure that we have jumpers and keep complaints to a minimal.  It takes only 3 mins to link everyone ..then you can close out of league messengers and open you own personal.  The HTD or ADM that trains you should advise you as to linking and give you the screen names and passwords of the league messengers.
 
Scheduling and Hosting Tours:  Your routine tour should be set a month in advance for each date it is to be run.  Should you not be available to run tour ...it is your responsibility to notify another TD or ADM notifying them of your absence..this can be done by either IM or email.  This enables another TD to pick your tour and run it smoothly and timely...please use consideration when at all possible.
