Greetings X’ers

Now that it is officially October, it’s time to get out the Halloween decorations and put out the candy dishes!

September was a great month for Xtreme, with over 2000 tournaments run. It’s been said, “Xtreme may not be the biggest league, but it offers the best variety of tournaments, hands down!” The month of October will reaffirm this declaration by increasing the number of special weekly tournaments and with the upcoming Halloween Masquerade tournament. Keep an eye out for more info coming soon.

Gladiator td’s this month are Kate, Jenn, Tay, Joe, San, Emma, Jessie, and Nakia. All eight tds ran over 100 trnies in September. Kate had an amazing 218, but Nakia and San were right on her tail. Next month someone needs to knock her off her throne (Emma’s too). Do not let Kate have the highest number of trnies for October. Whoever runs the most tournaments each month will get a 1k donation, bragging rights, and their name on the front page.

We are in the process of creating a fresh and up to date members photo page. If you are interested in participating, email your photo to zooznooz@yahoo.com. Also, to celebrate Halloween, we will be posting your picture all dressed up in your scariest or best outfit, as well as any pumpkin carving skills you would like to show off. We will donate bux to top photos. Again, email the pictures to Zooz.

Xtreme has also decided to continue to enforce the 1 name change per week rule. Please keep that in mind when choosing your league name.

Lani, aka zoe420.1786 has been awarded Staff Member of the Month! Lani has been on staff here for a few months now. She has shown the dedication and willingness to “serve” the members with a great attitude. Congratulations again Lani and thank you for being such a great td. All staff and members thank you for your contribution to making Xtreme the place to be.

Sara, aka x8b.sara has been voted our Member of the Month! WTG Sara! Sara has been a great member of Xtreme with her fun and ready to play attitude. We cannot stress enough how important the members are to this league. Thank you for being a model member Sara!

Racer, aka cue_trip, won September’s Ultimate Tournament of Champions. WTG Ace! Keep it up!

Xtreme8ball participates in two interleagues: AllStars and Pro Players Association .

AllStars is an interleague that offers two tournaments everyday, except on Saturdays. AllStars is open to all qualified Xtreme members without any limits on the number of players in each tournament.

However, Pro Players Association has a different format. PPA is mainly a 5v5 bo9 competitive team interleague. Extra tournaments are provided at different times. But, keep in mind not everyone can be chosen to play in the weekly 5v5. PPA is a private league, so in order to sign up please let a htd or admin know and you will receive an invitation.

MyLeague has an additional option for buying a Gold membership through “Trial Pay”. It is a way “of obtaining premium memberships for those members who want to keep premium status, but who cannot afford to purchase an account.” For more information please click here .
