1. Players are responsible for understanding the general league rules. Special rules, format and timer length will be announced by the TD at the tourney start.
MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND & FOLLOW ALL THE SPECIAL BANDIT SITE RULES.
It is necessary to message the TD with any problems experienced in any tourney. Please use Yahoo messenger to contact the TD. We are here for fun and expect everyone to listen to TD directions. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE TD WILL BE FINAL. Players must follow all Cases & Magikal rules & use proper conduct. One warning may be given, noncompliance will lead to a DQ & a possible boxing.

1a. We ask that all questions be asked in the lobby or through Yahoo messenger. If you disagree with a decision made by the TD, do not make the TD spend time explaining their ruling. Continued bantering or arguing with a TD over a ruling is grounds for a boxing. Send an e-mail to Magikal Admin with all of the details on what happened. The matter will be reviewed by Admin & your questions will be answered.

2. The 1st player named in the TD pairings sets a table for the second. Your ladder name is supposed to match your lobby name, if not make your ladder name as close to your lobby name as possible. This allows everyone in the tourney to find you. Once in the room and before rolling, both players should greet each other before starting the game. Courtesy and politeness is expected from all players in the Magikal lobby and during games.

3. Only players not in Bandit or in another Magikal tourney will be given a timer. If you sign up for a tourney you must have all Bandit games completed when your match is set. Otherwise you will be DQ'ed immediately.

3a. A player will be DQ'ed if they have 2 empty seats in 1 tourney. A player will be DQ'ed if the game is past the 3rd round & their seat goes empty.

3b. There will be a timer length announced at the beginning of the tourney. If a player fails to get in the tourney game by time up, then they are DQ'ed from the tourney. If a opponent's seat goes empty. the player must message the TD, also don't leave the game until the TD tells you too.

3c. There is only 1 timer per tourney round. If a timer is needed on the same player in the same round, they only get the time left from the original timer, a new timer is not started. A player will be DQ'ed if they have multiple boots in one round & have used up all of their time. In one tourney, a player is allowed only 2 timers. You will be DQ'ed if a 3rd timer is needed.

4. The TD can call for the players to restart a match at any time. At any time, the TD can require players to refresh or reboot. The TD may call a match when all other matches for that round have finished and 5 minutes have expired.

5. NO RESTARTS will be allowed in any type of partner tourney, even if the game was in turn one. Even if Bandit mass boots everyone, there are no restarts.

6. In Ludo, if you go out of format you lose. There are no restarts for an out of format. There are no restarts for a disconnect, unless Bandit has a mass player boot.

6a. If you roll or score out of format, your roll WILL NOT COUNT. Instead, your score for the error will be changed to zero, the points do not count & must be taken off the final score plus there will be an additional penalty. Depending on the format a second zero may have to be assessed to get you back on track of the format. Also, any other gains (bonuses, etc) from the out of format roll will be deducted as well. In one match when you roll out of format, there is an additional penalty of -25 from the final score for the 1st time. -25 for the 2nd time for a total of ... -50. The 3rd time you will be DQ'ed from the tournament. The TD must be told every time there is an out of format roll by a player.

6b. Only if a match must be reset and there was an out of format roll, then follow this rule. Since you get to re-score the sheet, a penalty of -40 is deducted from the final score. All correct format rolls in the restarted game count towards the final score. If a 2nd out of format is made in the restarted game the normal rule 7 is applied to the 2nd roll only. The -40 for the 1st time is still deducted also. If there were 2 out of formats then a reset is called, a penalty of -80 is deducted from the final score.

7. In the event of a tie game, ask the TD what to do to break the tie. If the tie game is not a full 20 turns, do not leave the game, ask first.

8. Please do not whisper another player during tourney matches.

9. Please report all match results in the private Magikal lobby in all caps like this ... ***WINNER / LOSER*** . DO NOT report to the tourney page, the TD will do the reporting. DO NOT REPORT IN THE OPEN BANDIT LOBBIES !!

10. The Magikal TD reserves the right to change the format at any time during the tourney.
