| The goal of the game is to reach the maximum level - Hurricane, Category 5 by receiving points for tournament games played and won in October. Each player who receives the highest level will receive a 250 ladderbux gift. Each player who reaches Hurricane, Category 3, 4 or 5 will be invited to a special tournament the first weekend of November with a 10,000 ladderbux donation for the winner! Players will earn 2 points for each tournament he/she plays in and 5 points if he/she wins that tournament. TDs will receive 2 points for each tournament hosted. The member with the highest point value at the end of the month will win a 1-year Gold Membership. If the highest pt winner is already a premium member, we will continue down the list until we find a non-premium member. There will also be special "Eye of the Storm" tournaments where players will earn double (4 pts for playing, 10 pts for winning). In addition, the winner of the "Eye of the Storm" tournaments will win bonus points as determined by the hosting TD. Bonus points will appear in the location line on the tournament. |
