Welcome family into a new year 2021, our 18th year on Bid as we continue keep you informed and send our newsletters on any and all positive news and accoplishments.

Here at Bid it’s all about "YOU" our Players and we try to do everything within our means to make Bid a place where you can come 'play bid' and chill.

We are so excited about moving forward with our league displaying 'Good Vibes' throughout the year 2021! As we continually give you, the players, an opportunity to try out new receipe's along with our TD & Player spotlight, we will continue to inform you 'Celebration of life' for our family that have transitioned into their new heavenly home, information for upcoming LIVE tournament events throughout the 2022 year, as we CLAIM this virus will disappear with the help and assistance of the distribution of the anti-virus that has now been shared and implemented to those that are in need.

1. How long have you been a member of the league? A long long time (20 yrs+)
2. What is your favorite vacation location? I haven't traveled enough to choose--yet. If I had to pick, Las Vegas BABYYYYY!!!
3. What do you like most about the league? What changes have you noticed regarding the leagure since you began? Like most-The friendship (Personal and Online).. Changes--Everything... It's not like it use to be, I guess you can call that 'CHANGE'.. It's harder to host and play with new players... Sometimes ya' just have to step back and 'woosa' on issues that should NOT stress you out... I tell all new host (back in the day) that you can't please everybody, and if you feel stressed... 'step away from the keyboard'.. then come back and make it happen..
4. What is your favorite season and why? Growing up in Chicago, Winters. I can't stand the rain (Tina Turner voice)
5. What are your favorite colors? Brown/blue
6. What is your favorite food to eat? Cook? Shrimp/French Fries. I'm learning how to use my Air Fryer and WOK more (grilling) So right now to cook--Chicken (breast/strips) & Shrimp Fried Rice
7. If you could live anywhere in the United States, where would it be? Tennessee (east & north-too much snow, west-too hot).. I'll stick with the south!
5. What is a little know fact about you no one would guess? I can 'sing'... :-).. I always wanted to be in 'security' a 'bouncer'...(TOP FLIGHT SECURITY-FOREVER)

2. What is your favorite rules to play in a online tournament? NO trumps
3. Have you attended a live tournament? If so what was your favorite live tournament? Have you ever won a trophy/cash? Yes, ATL; 10 trophies;Don't remember the amount, gave all the winnings one year to Jakkifrmal memorial
4. Other than playing bidwhist, what do you do in your free time? Fish
5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? ATL
6. What is your favorite color? Blue
7. What is your favorite food to eat? to cook? Fish and Steak and potatoes (cook)
8. What is something no one would guess about you? That I am a really nice person when you meet me and not like online. lol

~TIFF TASTY TREATS~
HURRICAN DRINK RECIPE (alcohol)
INGREDIENTS
2 oz white rum
2 oz dark or blue rum
2 oz passion fruit or passion fruit syrup
1 oz orange juice
1/2 lime juice
1 tbl spoon simple syrup
1 tbl spoon grenadine
*OPTIONAL* sliced oranges and cherries for garnish
Cocktail shaker
Ice
Drinking Glass

DIRECTIONS
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice and all all ingredients
Shake until the outside of shaker frosts up
Strain cocktail into a glass
Garnish with orange slice and cherries
Enjoy and drink responsibly

VIRGIN HURRICANE (non alcohol)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of passion fruit juice
1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup of orange juice
2 cups of carbonated water
ice cubes
*OPTIONAL* pineapple wedges and cherries
Pitcher
Drinking glass

DIRECTIONS
combine all juices in a pitcher just before serving
stir in carbonated water pour into glass filled with ice garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries

OLIVE GARDEN SLOW COOKER CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
1 - 2lbs of skinless chicken breast
16 oz of olive gardent italian dressing
1/4 cup of parmeasan cheese
8 oz cream cheese
Seasonings (pepper, garlic powder, accent, salt, etc
16 oz Pasta (any kind-penne, fettuchini, angel hair, spaghetti)
4 T flour

INTRUCTIONS
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Pour over the Olive Garden Italian dressing and sprinlke over the parmesan cheese and pepper.
Place the cream cheese on top
Place lid on the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
When the cooking time is almost done, start cooking the pasta on the stove top as directed on package.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Drain the pasta and add to the chicken and sauce. Stir. Sprinkle of the remaining parmesan sauce cheese.
