Step #1: If you do not already have a Paypal account, you will need to get one. All but one of the sites below use Paypal as a payment option and it is the easiest way to get your money. To sign up for one go to Paypal Homepage click on Sign Up at the top of the page and follow the instructions to get your own account. You will want to pick a Personal account. Some of the below sites also require you to have an Alertpay account. This works the same way as Paypal just is not as well-known throughout the internet nor used as much. Click on the banner below and sign up for an account. This is perfectly free and is just an alternate way to get paid on some of the sites listed below. 
Step #2: To verify your Paypal account you will need to confirm your bank account. Now if you do not have a bank account, or you do not wish to do this, you can get a RushCard. This is a prepaid debit card and can act as a bank account to verify your Paypal account. To get a RushCard go to RushCard Homepage. This card has a fee attached to it in order to start using it. To get the lowest possible fee choose the Original RushCard when you are picking your card. Step #3: Now if you are using your own bank account, follow the instructions within paypal about adding your bank account to verify. If you are using the RushCard, then when you login to your RushCard account, in your Quick Links area, click on Add Money. Then click on Other Ways To Add Money. The first thing that come s up will be the Paypal information. This will also give you instructions and the information you need to add this account to your Paypal account. Step #4: Now that your payment arrangements have been made, it is time to join some sites. I have only included the sites I absolutely trust for your earning pleasure. If I find other trusted sites I will add them here. I have joined many sites over the years, some are good some are bad and I will never fool you into a bad site. If I learn a site has now gone downhill, the information will be posted here.

PTC Box This is a wonderful site with the best upgrades available. While this is a fairly new site, it is from the owners of Matrixmails (listed below) which has been a very trusted site and online since 2002. 
Click Or Signup This site offers a ton of opportunity to earn. This is one of those sites that the more effort you put in, the more chance you have to earn. 
WordLinx This is a very reliable site, to get the most ads to click, look for the ads at about 9am or 7pm EST. The times can vary, but for the most part these are good times to look. 
ClickSense This site offers a ton of opportunity to earn as well. There is a ClixGrid which is kind of a search and hunt game that you can win up to $5 a day, there are also the links, plus there are tasks to complete. The tasks are generally very easy and range in what you can earn. 
Neobux This is the one of the most known sites out there. Initially you do not earn a lot with the clicks, but the oppotunity is there with the AdPrizes offered. The AdPrizes are simple, for every link you click on and view you earn 2 chances to win a prize. Click on the number that is visible to the right and under the ads (it is a big number and changes as you view ads). As you click it will tell you if you have earned anything that time around. If you do win a prize you will need to close the window and click the number again to go for more of your tries. 
Matrixmails This is another trusted site, one that has been around since 2002. Maybe not a lot of ads, but it is still a good site. 
SendEarnings The most common earning opportunity for this site is sending paid emails to you. However, there are also tasks you can complete, surveys to take, and lots more. 
InboxDollars The is an identical site to SendEarnings, so the most common earning opportunity for this site is sending paid emails to you. However, there are also tasks you can complete, surveys to take, and lots more. MyPoints This is a good site for earning gift cards. You earn points for doing things you ordinarily do online. Reading emails earn you points, shopping online can earn you points as well if you go through MyPoints, as well as signing up for things. You then redeem your points for a gift card of your choice. There are many different cards to choose from and once you choose your card it only takes a little while to be mailed to you. I also believe there are some online cards you can choose from which you can then redeem for and use immediately. I haven't looked fully into this option yet as I usually get the kind that is sent to you.
