HOW THE UIC COMPETITION WORKS

This is a broad overview, more details may be obtained in other links.

Each team to have 3 players. (3 v 3)

Every match shall be played at the same time every week i.e. FRIDAYS @ 6PM US EASTERN - NO EXCEPTIONS

Teams play a 3 game match each week thereby playing each other twice in each season, once as the designated 'home' team and once as the 'visiting' team (there may be times when this could be more should the schedule change) in a 22 week ‘home and away’ season & culminating in a 3 week finals series.

There will be 4 points for each MATCH win.
These will be the points that will determine your team’s position on the ladder but, should 2 or more teams be level on points, their position on the ladder will be determined by games win/loss %.

The matches will all be "self regulating" - this means that there will be no referees; in any case where the opposing teams may perceived to possibly be antagonistic towards each other there will be a referee or an admin in attendance to ensure that there are no problems.

Coaching is legal in UIC !!

On completion of the season the 4 top placed teams will play in 2 Semi Finals, a Preliminary Final and a Grand Final to determine the UIC Champions.

Each of the Semi Finals and the Preliminary Finals shall be one match.
The Grand Final shall be a 'Best Of 3' series.
