COMPLAINTS & APPEALS

This form is to be used for any complaints/disputes against the UIC System, Admins, Teams, Team Captains, or Players.

The form may also be used to appeal against any decision made by the UIC Rules and Disciplinary Committee, which will consist of at least 3 of the UIC Leadership Team.

Should any of the UIC Leadership Team be deemed to have a conflict of interest in any complaint or appeal then they shall immediately disqualify themselves from any such complaint or appeal.

Only genuine complaints will be investigated and, where possible, they should be supported by a screen shot.

Any person that instigates a complaint or appeal may have another person act on their behalf or as a witness or character testimony.

Should a decision be made that is not in favor of the complainant then there is, also on this form, the right of appeal against that decision. Always bearing in mind that any appeal may, in the case of a complaint against a penalty received, see a further increase in any penalty previously handed down.

Decisions made in relation to any appeals are final and further appeals or correspondence will not be entertained.
