* First and most importantly ~ Have Fun!!
* Each member may only use one name for the league and it must match your Heybingo name EXACTLY. This is also a Cases rule and will be enforced.
****Cases says: Your Ladder name must match the name you use in chat and play your matches under exactly. This includes spaces, underscores and other keyboard characters. If it doesn’t, the match is invalid and your opponent is not required to report any losses to you.”
Players must use the Alias they chose to join the league in the game room, No personal names are allowed for this will violate person boundaries of other members. Short forms of the Players alias's is acceptable.
* Players will respect the TD’s, HTD’s, ADMIN’s, other members and non-members in the room.
* There will be no verbal confrontation with non-league members
* If someone is being obnoxious or abusive, our motto is… “report” and “mute”. We are here to HAVE FUN!!
* To Mute a Player type mute/(space)players name and hit enter. To Unmute a player unmute/(space)players name hit enter.
* Inactive members will be purged at 220 days inactive.
* We play all of out tournaments in a family room so watch your language. No sex talk and no sexual innuendoes please. Take all that to private chat you never know when kids could be in the rooms playing.
* The use of auto programs in any tourament game is strictly forbidden. They are also banned from cases. Any member that is suspended from cases for the use of such a program will be removed from our league
* Any form of cheating is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly. Any player suspected of cheating in any manner will be removed from the league without notice, with “no explanation” and no recourse. Just don’t do it!
* All rules will be strictly enforced to make this league as fun and fair for everyone.
* Suggestions, comments and/or complaints are always welcome and may be emailed to the Admin Team



* Be respectful of all league members, league staff and non-league players in the game room. Players are asked to treat other players with the same respect they wish to be treated themselves.
* At times the room can get very busy, so please have patience as we do our best to have our tournaments running as smoothly as possible for you all to enjoy.
* Do not use an excessive amount of foul language in the game room. This can lead to boxing or banning. Some words are not to be used at all! We believe everyone knows what "those" words are! Use of "those" words WILL lead to boxing or banning!
* Rude behaviour is completely unacceptable!
* Polite responses are expected to such comments as WTG , GJ, GG, GLNR, GL, GLNG etc. If you cannot be sociable and polite, please do not enter tournaments! It puts a damper on the fun for the other players. Rudeness can lead to boxing or banning.
* Do not advertise our league in any games rooms that are not ours. This is strictly against Cases Rules.



* Members are responsible for knowing Divine Magic Rules and Heybingo Rules for each game played. If you are unsure of the rules, visit the Game Rules page at Divine Magic’s and the How To Play page at Heybingo.
* Players must be in the room and ready to play at least 5 minutes before each tournament. If a player is not present 5 minutes before each tournament they MAY be removed. If not present at the time of closing, the player WILL be removed. When you are tardy, it hinders the tournament and is unfair to the other players.
* Please keep the chat in the game room to a minimum while the tournament director is announcing rules, pairs, results or gathering scores. Excessive chat during these times makes it difficult for the tournament director to complete the tournament in a timely manner.
* If a problem should arise, invite the tournament director to a separate room or to PC. Not all problems can be solved in the game room.
* Member responsibility is not limited to these rules and infractions will be dealt with on an individual basis.
* Please remember, this is your league too. It is what you make it! So, let's all try very hard to make it as much fun as possible! Game Room Etiquette



* 1st Offense will be a warning.
* 2nd Offense will be a boxing of 1 - 3 days.
* 3rd Offense will be a boxing of of 4 or more days, or removal from the league.
* Boxing and/or banning is decided on an individual basis and at the discretion of the Admin Team.



* Staff members are responsible for hosting a minimum of 5 tournaments per week.
* Please be on time and ready to host at least 15 minutes before each tournament is scheduled to start. When you are tardy, it hinders the tournament and is unfair to the players and other hosts.

* Divine Magic hosts are not allowed to host on any other league.
* Host applicants must be at least 17 years old.
* To become a host, players must be active members of Divine Magic. Prospective hosts must be active members for at least 30 days before becoming eligible to host. If you submit a TD Application before meeting these requirements, your request will be put on hold or denied until you become eligible. (some exceptions may apply)
* Host responsibility is not limited to these rules and infractions will be dealt with on an individual basis.
* Please remember, this is your league too. It is what you make it! So, let's all try very hard to make it as much fun as possible!



* High ranking players are players in the top 50.
* Our top 50 players must play as many different players in the top 50 as possible. Just 'holding' the tops spots by playing the same players repeatedly is considered to be manipulating the system.
* Our first place rank spot is subject to the a few special rules.
* Players may only hold the first place spot for a stretch of 10 days. After 10 days the first place player will be moved to the #50 spot. This is called the "Round the Pack" rule. This keeps the competition more rewarding for all players.
* Formal challenges must be completed in the order in which they are received.
* If a high ranking player refuses/fails to complete a formal challenge within 72 hours (3 days), that player will be moved to the last place in the rank standings.
* The player in the #1 spot must not go idle for more than 72 hours (3 days). If this happens, that player will be moved to the last place in the rank standings.
* If any player and/or players are found to be manipulating the system, they will immediately be moved to the last place in rank standings and boxed for 7 days.
