Welcome to MysticWings league ,we hope you enjoy our games ,have fun and meet new friends

sec.1.the rules are put forth to insure smooth operation of the league
we also would like input from members on any rules that should be added or ammended as this is your league too,and members help it remain stable and fun

Any member using an offensive name,email or profile,that reflects badly against the league is asked to change profile or email address to a more appropriate and non offensive one ,because as a member you represent this league too,and Offensive user name will not be approved and removed from the league.


Confrontation or harassment of a player,HOST,or ADMIN in public chat is not allowed and is cause for Immediate penalty by the League.
If you are in a game room please take your Host into private chat if you have a conflict.

sec.2.You are responsible for signing up for the tourneys you wish to enter.this will be posted on league page under tournament calender,and also in room by the host prior to the game and time warnings before game start
we request you be in room prior to game start as many times it is difficult to access the game at the last minute,and if not in the room at the last warning of game start your name will be removed,to prevent you lossing buxs or ladder rank and causing confussion with pairings

If you are having problems registering, the host will  assist you.
The host will be the one with the smiley face icon beside their name

hosts donate their time to host tournaments for you,

sec.3.Please understand that the host will do the best he or she can!
Running tourneys can have some difficulties with the program used,so a longer wait time might be needed posting pairs or results(but host will notify players if there is a delay(ie:free game round)before next tourney round
a). During a tourney, all decisions are made by the host 
b). The hosts decision is final so please respect this. DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE HOST.
c). Every member of the staff will abide by the decision made by the host who is in charge of the tourney 
d). If any problems arise with a tournament , and is crucial to the proper outcome of a tourney, staff will instant message the host and help him or her out.
e). If you do not agree with a host decision, you can discuss it with the host, a HTD or an ADMIN "AFTER" a tournament. in an e-mail or private chat(mistakes can happen and will be tried to be rectified as soon as possible)
f):hosts must not be using im's during a tourney,unless for game purposes,because this can cause loss of concentration of the job at hand---thankyou
g):***WARNING**** Rudeness,bad language,inappropiate talk and or conduct of a member in our game rooms will not tolorated ,league rules will be enforced,as a member you are a representative of the league


sec.4.If ever there is a problem person in the lobby,  members are asked to either ignore them or mute them. member are asked to remain out of confrontations with non-members

If you are Interested in becoming a Tournament Director contact head admin for information 
1.Any member advertising or promoting another league to our members will be in violation of rules and will be boxed up to 7 days
2.The use of any type of auto play. Bad Language,Vulgarity,Slander,Hassiling of other players and the HOST. Registration will be closed at the 2 minute warning. If you are not present at the time you will be pulled from the tournament

Admin(as a whole) reserves the right to box,and or remove , ban any member, 
under the age of "18" and any member whose behavior or actions that
cause trouble in the League.
 
sec.5.There is a 3 penalty phase Rule

First Strike~~You will be Warned ( by admin as  whole)
Second Strike~~You will be put in the Penanlty Box(as put forth by admin as a whole)
Third Strike~~there will be possible removal from the League. (also by admin as  whole)
Any League member caught using a Cheat Program will be Immediatly
Banned from the League.
