HUMBLE HOME RULES & TWIST PAGE
Single Elimination vs. Double Elimination vs. Swiss Tournaments
In Single Elimination tournaments, you will only play until you have one loss. In Double Elimination, you will keep playing until you have lost TWICE in the tournament. In a Swiss tournament, you will play every round until one person is declared the winner. You always have the option of leaving a Swiss tournament. Just notify the TD that you wish to be taken out of the Swiss tourney.
Standard Rules
While twists and individual rules may change from tournament to tournament, some rules always remain the same:
* There is a 5 minute timer. If you get booted, have to reboot or are unresponsive for 5 minutes, you will be disqualified and your opponent will get the win. The TD will always announce the timer in the room. Also, 3 BRB's or 3 boots will get you disqualified.
* No one may join a tournament if they are already in a tournament. Please do not sign up for a second tourney. If you sign up for a second tourney and the TD starts the tourney unaware that you're already in a tourney, you will be automatically disqualified from the second tourney without a timer.
* There is NO clearing rule in this league. Members only need to clear their board before a tournament game if they had already begun a game previously.
* If you were not in your opponent's room before they began playing, you MUST notify them in the room chat before they have posted their score. If this happens, the opponent MUST replay their game. If you have trouble getting your opponent, contact the TD.
* ALL scores must be announced in the room chat and verified by your opponent. If you are playing in a baseball tourney, you MUST post the score and x, xx or xxx if it is a strike. No exceptions.
* NO member may play in a league match while playing in a tournament. No exceptions.
* All players MUST announce to their partner when they are in their room to watch their opponent's game. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Game Twists
Blitz
A series of tournaments 15 minutes apart... 1 game each all the way.... You may report early only for blitz and mass confusion in order to jump in next before it starts. Please do not report early while in a regular tournament. Timers in blitz tourneys are only 3 minutes because these are supposed to be quick tournaments.
Mass Confusion
These are SD (Sudden Death) Games. You play only one game against each other. These games are set up to run quickly; therefore a few of the rules are different. Only 4 players per tourney. Jump #s will be given in the room. There will be no spam. If you are booted ONE time you are out of the tourney. There are no timers in Mass Confusion tourneys. You may only join one tourney at a time. Joining more than one will result in disqualification. Once you know you have lost a match you ARE allowed to report early so you may join another tourney. Please do not report early while in a regular tournament!! # 1 GAME EACH!

28 Tourney
Play x games alternating turns. If you get an 8 anywhere in your score, you will add a 2 directly before it, to get 28. So if your score is 6780 then it becomes 67280. If you get a 2 anywhere in your score, you will add a 8 after it, to get 28 also. So if your score is 5210 then it becomes 52810. Add One
Play x games alternating turns. In this format, you take each individual number in your score and add 1. This basically means that 0 = 1, 1 = 2, 2 = 3, 9 = 10 so a score of 3990 will be 410101 or a score of 12410 = 23521. Do not change Final score.

Play x games, alternating turns. Every run of 5 or more, post in chat. Make sure your opponent verifies it. Your actual game score is irrelevant for this format. Add The Digits
Play x games alternating turns. Here's what I want you to do with your scores for each game, whatever your score is take the digits and add them together. Example: If your score was 23,610 you would do this 2+3+6+1+0 = 12. 12 would be you score. Post both scores in the lobby like this. 23610 = 12.
Around The Clock
Play x games alternating turns. If your score ends in: 10 add 1000; 20 add 2000; 30 add 3000; 40 add 4000; 50 add 5000; 60 add 6000; 70 add 7000; 80 add 8000; 90 add 9000; 00 add 10,000. Do not change final score.

Baseball
This game consists of first playing a game and setting base. This means you play and type in your score in main chat. Example: I get a score of 2310 I would type in chat 2310 base. My opponent would say got it (gi). Then we would go to the opponent's room and watch them play. They have 3 chances to beat the base score of 2310 that I set. If they don't beat it their score would be this: 1100x or 1100 strike one. If you get strike 3, you've struck out and lost the game. Keep going back and forth until someone "strikes out".
Best Over 5K, 8K, 10K, etc.

The only game that counts is the game that you are closest to 21 without going over. The person with the score that is closest to 21 without going over wins. Example: You get scores of 14, 9 and 15. Your score would be 15.

Play x games alternating turns. A card will be announced as the blocked card by the td. You may not play this card throughout your whole game all rounds. If the card is a 6, you may not play any 6's in your hand whether they fall in your pyramid or your draw pile. For example, if a 6 were to show up on your draw pile you simply skip it and go to next card. If the 6 were to be in your pyramid, you could not play it either. Please play slowly and be sure not to play the forbidden card.
Bonus Game
Play x games
alternating turns. The following bonus will be given in each game, but you only
take 1 bonus per game even if you have more than one number that earns a bonus:

either of those two numbers appears, players will add a 1K bonus to their
scores.
Game 2: Players will look for the numbers 2 and 5 in their scores. Every time
either of these two numbers appear, players will add a 1K bonus to their score.

Highest total score wins.

Chase The Ace
Play x games, alternating turns. For every ace that you get in your draw pile, add 1,000 to your game total. Log each ace as it appears in the draw pile into the room for your opponent to acknowledge. Do not proceed until you get a "gi" from your opponent. For example: 1A for the first ace, 2A for the second ace, and so on. Add the score for the aces at the end of each game. Highest total score wins.
Countdown *NEW*
TD will choose a target to begin counting down from such as 45k, 50k, etc. Start by playing one game each. Subtract your score from the target amount. If both players are still above zero, each plays another game. If one player is below zero, they win. If both players are below zero, the one MOST below zero wins. Deal or No Deal
1, 2 or 3 games, TD decides. Play your hand as normal, when your hand is over you have a decision to make DEAL or NO DEAL. If you decide on NO DEAL, post your score with the words NO DEAL in the room and wait for your opponent to acknowledge. If you choose DEAL, post your score with the word DEAL in the room and wait for your opponent to acknowledge. Simple. Now the twist, if you choose DEAL, your hand is over, keep your score. If you choose NO DEAL, start a new game, but DO NOT PLAY any cards. The face up card determines your fate; if it is a 2, 3, 4 or a 5, you BUST, you get ZERO for a score. If it is a 6, 7, 8 or a 9, you get HALF of your score. If it is a 10, J, Q or K, you get DOUBLE your score. If you get the almighty Ace, TRIPLE your score. Announce your new score in the room and wait for acknowledgment. Highest combined total score of all games played wins.

Dice Tournament
Play x games alternating turns. You play the tourney just like you do any other game. When you are done playing the game, you announce it in CAPS to the td. Only one person from each set of players needs to announce it. Do not report until EVERYONE is done. After everyone is done, the td rolls a set of dice. Td will announce the total rolled and you will remove any of those numbers you have in your TOTAL SCORE. Example if 1 and 1 were rolled it would total 2, so you would remove all 2s, so if you score 3260 it would become 360. If 5 and 5 were rolled it would total 10, so you would remove all ones and zeroes, so if you score 10230 it would become 23. After the rolled numbers are removed the loser will report.
Dixie Trouble
Play x games alternating turns. When you get your score you have to remove the highest and lowest number in your score. Same game, when second rd is cleared, score is 10200, no bonus since more than 5000 was scored in that round. 747
Play x games alternating turns. If you get a 7 anywhere in your score, add a 47 directly behind it to get 747. Example: 6780 = 674780. Do this for every 7 in your score. If you get 6770 then you would have 67477470. Do not change your final score.
