ALWAYS read a game's How to Play, and also check for a Hints or Tips tab and/or Tutorial. They do help!
LOTTSO:
Place all possible balls before scratching any cards. You can always scratch them in the next turn, but once missed balls are gone, they're gone.
Drag and drop wild star balls where you want them and do the same for Free spots to ensure the placement you want. Don't use wild stars or Free spots until you've placed all exact-match balls.
5-spot cards tend to have higher scratch values than 4-spot cards, and 3-spot cards have the least value. Aces Up and Pop Fu cards have the highest possible values.
You should try to fill and remove the lower scoring cards, making room for the top ones to be bonus. Bonus rounds start in the 6th round with one card activated as a bonus.
Rounds 6-8 are 2x the amount on the card. Rounds 9-10 are 3x the amount.
Charity cards give half the amount to you and half the amount to whomever has the gold pot beside their name.
POGOBOWL:
This game takes some practice.
Unlike real bowling, speed doesn't necessarily give you an edge here. You need to find a spot that works for you and try to replicate it with each ball. The position of the ball and the position of the cursor on the ball also make a difference. You'll get more Strikes if you adjust your starting position according to pin placements in each frame.
It is best to place your ball on the dot to the left of the center. Aim your arrow point to the left of the center pin, right below the red collar. Accuracy in aiming is more important than speed of the ball. Spin can be applied, but should wait for the very last minute before hitting the pins. This can be done by clicking and holding either the right or left mouse buttons. Hold the spin all the way through to the end.
DICE CITY ROLLERS:
Jackpot spins are earned by the top scorer in a room and/or every player who earns at least 800 points.
The biggest thing with DCR is to fill your cards and keep things moving.
There are additional points for multiple cards cleared at once.
Bidding is at your discretion, but the higher you bid, the more you stand to lose. Use a little common sense.
Don't spread your dice around all the cards early in the game if you can help it. Try concentrating on two or three types of cards, and place leftovers on the remaining cards in ways that will make a good start on them. Don't start new cards that will need the same dice as your focus stacks - put those extras on Odd/Even.
Exactly cards require high value dice so don't start Full House or Of a Kind cards with 5s or 6s, and use 1s for Straights rather than 6s. Also, try not to start Full House or Of a Kinds with the same value dice.
Clicking a card will automatically place any die that can go onto it, beginning with the highest option. Example: say you have a 1 and a 6 available. Your Straight card has 2-3-4-5 and your Three of a Kind has 6-6. Clicking the Straight card will put the 6 onto it and then you can't complete your 3 of a Kind this round. It's better to drag the dice to the cards you want them on, but you have to be quick.
GOLF SOLITAIRE:
Gameplay is similar to Tri-Peaks Solitaire and Tri-Peaks Deluxe. The main differences are that Golf is a timed game, you can often see some of the upcoming cards in the playing field, cards only go up to 11 (versus the equivalent of 13 for a King in Tri-Peaks), and you can't play a 1 on an 11 or vice versa.
Par is the target number of cards leftover at the end of a round. Clearing more results in bonus tokens.
Using a Golden Shot card will turn a Hazard card into a normal card of its face value. You can hold up to five Golden Shot cards at a time through the end of a game (five rounds). If you end a round with an unused Wild card, it'll pop up into the playing field on your next round.
You can use unlimited Undos in a game, with the exception that you can only use it once at any given time.
When you've finished the Draw pile, click on End Hand to play the Bonus round once or twice (or more, if you're very quick), time permitting. Removing all the cards in the Bonus round will award you with extra tokens, a score improvement, or a Wild or Golden Shot card.
You'll earn bonus tokens for removing hazards, finishing a hole under par, having the longest streak in a round, or for finishing a game with one of the top scores for the room. For score placement awards, you'll earn more tokens the higher you place, and you'll earn more in fuller rooms.
You'll earn a jackpot spin at the end of a game (if you played at least three rounds), and if you completed the course under par.
You can right-click to turn over the next card from the draw pile rather than clicking on the pile.
Everyone in a room has the same card layout for each game, but the cards aren't necessarily in the same order.
Each game is made up of five hands. The winner of a game selects the "course" to use for the next game.
The maximum amount over par you can score is +5, no matter how high your actual score on a round might be.
Golf is the standard name of the basic solitaire game that this game and Tri-Peaks are both based on.

Most Pogo problems occur because updates to your Microsoft or Java need to be performed. These should be done on a regular basis anyway. If you experience problems in Pogo, check out the Tiki Brothers in News for some advice as to what might need to be done http://www.pogo.com/news/us/tikibros/tiki-2008.jsp
