Bootems.......................3 Minutes Regular Matches...........7 Minutes Finals...........................10 Minutes Timers will be set by Tds automatically if a player is not in room If they are in room, listed 1st in spam, have 2nd player listed make table and invite before a timer is set. In Bootems timer starts on their turn. Once a Td spams a tourney and announces closing in lobby the next Td may start spamming. The next host may close their tourney when FINALS of tourney running is announced No Td should have 2 tourneys posted on calendar at one time unless one is a weekly Tourney. If no other Td has made a tourney by the time the Td currently hosting has closed, that same Td may then post a new Tourney on Calendar and start spamming it. (DO NOT POST BACK TO BACK TOURNEYS ON CALENDAR) We do run multiple Tourneys but only when we have 10 or more members in room at same time. Please use common sence when we run multiple Tourneys. Communicate with other Td hosting. When running multiple Tourneys announce closing as soon as you get 4 jumpers. All Tds can play in their own tourneys as long as they can run the tourney smoothly. All Tds should have the Tourney rules on thier tourney pages. To post the rules on your page click on Customize Tourney Rules from your tournament page. Go to large white box on that page. Open tourney rules page and right click anywhere there is no font or images, then select view source. Copy all the html and paste it in large white box on customize tourney rules page. Go to bottom to save, and your rules should be posted. 1. All Tds are required to run a tourney at least every 3rd day to remain an active staff member. Htds & Admin should host daily or every other day at the very least 2. Lobby conduct and behavior are important as a member of Hustlers Staff We will expect you to be respectable and helpful at all times in the lobby. Remember you represent this league (our league) and your words and actions do have a huge effect on how others view us as a league. 4. We would like to see all spams kept to 2 lines, with the exception of our league spam which can be 4 but kept in a neat and tight uniform spam so as not to be considered annoying. We do not want to over spam the lobby. 5. Tds will only use caps when discussing tourney buisness in lobby. If your just holding a conversation lower caps like everyone else, Spamming pairings or answering a tourney related question for the tourney thats running, then caps are aplicable 6. I encourage all Tds to use our custom lobby. Everything is right there for your use and so much easier to operate off one page than having 2 and 3 open. I will also place link for that at bottom as well. 7.At no time are we to delete a tourney unless a Htd or Admin\ gives permission. Edit the tourney, remove any players joined and change date of tourney. When your running an old tourney from calendar please edit the tourney time and date so that it shows on that same dates calendar and within that hour that your running it 8.No tourney will be ran that we do not have game rules listed \ for on our Game rules page.
