1. Take the lid off and cut the bottom off of a round oatmeal container.

2. Cut construction paper to fit around the box.

3. Decorate the paper with markers, glue, and glitter.

4. Glue the paper to the oatmeal box.

5. Tape or staple 6-inch strips of crepe-paper streamers around the inside bottom edge of the box.

6. To make a hanger for the windsock, punch four holes in the top of the box, lace a seperate string knotted at one end through each hole and tie the four ends together.
