Good sportsmanship is a must in this league. The following behaviors/actions can lead to suspension or termination of your league account with no warning. ***Giving out personal information in the league game rooms about other players. ***Foul language ***Arguing in the league game rooms (in open chat) with other players or the host ***Cheating...the use of auto programs ***Sharing passwords with other players ***Openly recruiting people in another league's game room, or openly recruiting PDL players in our game rooms. ***Bringing personal issues with another member into the league playing rooms. ***Poor sportsmanship (this is self explanatory) In addition the admin team reserves the right to suspend/remove any player from the league for whatever reason we see fit. If we feel that the action will be in the best interest of the league and its other members. We certainly will not take this action unless it is necessary. Please use good common sense, and treat other players as you wish to be treated. OTHER RULES... ***In order to keep the 1st and 2nd place positions on the ladder from (sitting) there. They must play against each other at least once every 48 hours, either in a tour, or in a ladder match. If not, and the same two are in those spots, they will be de-rung 10 places. If a person on either spot changes in the 48 hours, the time limit will be reset. ***All complaints or concerns are to be reported to an ADMIN only. Do not complain to hosts or other members. Because in order to resolve the issue, it must be brought to an ADMIN anyway. By discussing it with others, we only fester the situation and make it worse. ***In the event that two players are registered for a tour and both are booted before the match ends the win will go to the one that was booted last. Or given to the player that returns if only one returns. If the tour starts and neither player of a pairing shows up, the win will be given to the person who registered first for the tour as a default. Then both players will be removed. ***In slot games, a player is not required to play/click a bet for the alotted time of the match. This means that a player can choose to "sit" and take the chance on token counts. However, to be fair, in token games, we will use a timer like in the table games. If they do no show to post counts within 5 mins, they take a loss by default. If they show before the 5 mins is up, they may post counts and play as usual. ***In the event of a dispute over who won a match. The host has the right to make a decision based on whether or not they saw the winner, or someone else did. If they cannot make a decision, they will ask the players to play a re-match. And though players sometimes will not like this idea because they believe they won, it is the fair thing to do. Sometimes people do make mistakes. For example, if a player goes ahead of another player at the very last few seconds of a game, and its not seen by both. This can cause conflict. Remember that its just a game, and that we are here for fun. ***CAPS are reserved for the host of the tour, so their chat can stand out better. ***All tours start on time, meaning within 5 mins of schedule. This is of course if there are enough players. If someone tells the host they are on their way, the host has the right to wait a few extra minutes as a courtesy. Otherwise, we close and start. ***Rematches are not allowed in tours. If you get booted, you must hurry back. We cannot allow re-matches unless there is either a tie, or there is a reporting conflict. The tours would take too long, and cause too much waiting on other people, if we allowed rematches for booted players. It does and has happened to all of us, its just one of those things we have to live with. ***Registering other players for a tour is not allowed. This includes all staff as well. ***If you have an immediate issue during a tour, please take the host to private chat. I dont mean generalized questions or concerns. I mean anything that might cause a conflict with another player. Use good common sense. ***In GOLF SOLITAIRE, if you are booted you may come back and play the other holes. But any hole you missed will be factored into your final score with a (minus, however many that hole was worth) in order to be fair to your opponent. ***If you are missing or get booted on any table games you are given a 5 min timer to return. If the timer runs out, you take a loss for that round. ***We will not wait for players who are in another game room. If you are on pogo playing in a different game, you may miss out, so get to the room on time. ***INTERMISSIONS (or breaks) may be called at host discretion . Also, if a person needs an intermission game, they can request one. For further explanation ask the current host of the tour. ***Please take note that hosts are not responsible for removing missing players, and may remove them if we choose to or not. If you reg for a tour and dont show, you are not entitled to a refund on your entry fee. Nor will refunds be given for booted players. ***Be respectful to non league members in the room. Even when they are not so nice to us. We will encounter those type of people from time to time. Its better to ignore them or be nice anyway, because it shows that we are a respectful league. We do not have to be nasty just because others are. If it bothers you, you should report abuse on the player and mute them.
