Timers start when you are finished posting your pairings in the lobby and you issue the time. (TT.) This timer is used for players to get to their assigned tables. Timers DO NOT START ROUND BETWEEN ROUNDS Example: Timer set in lobby at TT.05 after pairings were posted. A player is not at their table and has used 2 full minutes before sitting, this means that player only has 1-minute remaining in the tournament if they are playing. If a player says BRB, is booted, or leaves the table TIMERS start immediately. Slow play can consist of a timer if the player does not pick up the speed. Putting a timer on them usually gets them moving. If another TD asks for you to watch a table, you are responsible for timers and skipping at that table but keep the active TD aware of either of these instances. REMEMBER GIVE THE PLAYER A FULL 3 MINUTES BEFORE DISQUALIFYING ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST SECOND USED. Time Stamp is another feature we encourage all our directors to use. This feature is in the lobby on the tool bar at the top under Lobby. Once the window opens in the lower right side click on time stamp, this will show you the time in the lobby each time your type. The time stamp is used to keep track of timers used during your tournament. This feature will enable you to use a full 3 minutes on a player if need. ALL tourneys come with a 3-minute timer attached for each player in the tournament. Once you have completed your tournament, you can disable this feature in the same manner as you enabled it. (SLOW SPAM) We all enjoy a steady pace of play so unfortunately this is your 1st slow play warning,1 more warning and I am sorry, but you will be dq'ed CANT USE THAT SPAM ON HOLT STEW ZANY RUBY THEY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES When you do use that spam make sure you follow it through..
