If a nonmember sits at the table please be nice and let them know
this is a league table and could they please stand, offer them to join the league. If the game has started prior to this have the first seed remake the table keeping the same seats. Once a table is made it is the TD's responsibility to make sure the table is made correctly,
if not have the table remade. If you see after the game has started, the table is remade correctly, score does not carry over to new table and players remain in the same seats.
If a person in the tourney comes to the incorrect table and game has started, we do not skip the deal we have the table remade. If the HOSTING TD asks another TD at the table to watch, it is their responsibility to make sure the table is made correctly and maintain play.
Table Glitches - if a glitch happens, keep the score, and assign a new table, player must remain in the same seats as before. We NEVER stay at the same tables. All TD's should be going to every table except for playing Regular Std or No Std.
Table Glitches If a table glitches ( messes up ). The first person in the pairings will be asked to make a new table. The score will follow to the new table. All players are to sit in the same seats at the new table, no exceptions.
Tables with wrong format ( made wrong ) Table will be remade. All players are to site in the same seats at the new table, no exceptions. Score will NOT carry over to new table. If the table orders the card we have no way of telling if it was or not therefore play continues.
