If you find you are not able to run a tournament that you have made, we ask that you go onto Facebook and post that you are moving that tourney so that another director can fill that spot.
If a TD is not present in the lobby 5 after or 25 mins prior to their tourney starting and has not let anyone know they will be late another TD can then remake the tourney. Be sure to announce in the lobby that the tournament is being remade and to refresh their calendars.
