Have you tried this? To contact the Pogo (EA) Help Center for assistance: 1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask (or the "help" word on each page) 2. Where it says: What Can We Help you With", type in pogo 3. Click "Find Solutions" 4. Select "Account Management" 5. Click "Find Solutions" 6. On the lower right-hand side, click "I Still Need Help" A window should open... for blue "Live Chat" (when available) for Club Pogo members & a black email option below that. If live chat doesn't come up an email option should just put in the email your screen name and that you are a host with the house of many games and you need a tournament host badge |
