THE FOLLOWING GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
APPLIES TO BOTH JUNGLE GIN AND SPADES:

  • Keep Chat Screen Open at all times for all games per the diagram below, to see pairings, member chat and post wins.

  • Table Settings:

    1. All Games: Set Private: Use password n4g

    2. NO Bots 

    3. Turn Timer to 30 All Games.

    4. Limit on Player Skill? NO

  • Game Settings:

    1. JUNGLE GIN: Use the options per the game played shown on the tour page and per the tournament director instructions..

    2. SPADES: Standard always. Only thing to change under Scoring Option is the Score to Win to 500, unless otherwise instructed by the tournament director.

  • Setting and Joining Tables:

    1. To Set: First person called in pairs Click Host a Game, sets and then announce in lobby chat that the table is ready to join.

    2. To Join: Click Join a Game, find opponent enter pw n4g and play.

When you open Jungle Gin and/or Spades you will see the screens shown below.

In the left diagram, the first screen you see when you enter Spades or Jungle Gin looks the same.
Once inside the room, press the blue and white chat button as shown in the example with the Red Arrow.		 In the right diagram, view the Red Arrow at the top of the page.  Make sure your chat room shows as Badge Nuts.  If it does not, use the back and forward arrows to choose the right room.

  • To join the table go to the center column JOIN A GAME.
  • At the top right click FRIENDS and our table should pop up for you by the tournament host name.
  • Enter pw and join the table.
  • Keep the lobby chat view open to see pairs and post wins.
  • Winner reports.

As shown in diagram A above, for some reason known only to Pogo, the Canasta screen has a different view then Jungle Gin or Spades.
In order to set or join a table, you have to click on FIND A FRIEND. When that page opens you will see the same screen as shown in diagram 2.
Click CREATE A TABLE and follow the instructions below.
  • CREATE TABLE SETTINGS:

  1. Set Private: Use Password n4g

  2. No Bots

  3. Level = Beginner

  4. Opponent: 1 vs 1 = 1 Opponent - Or for teams  2 vs 2 = 3 Opponents

  5. Skill Range = No Limit

  • GAME SETTINGS:

  1. Forfiet Timer - 60 Seconds

  2. Uncheck Show Game Play Tips

  3. Check Allow Wild Cards in Opening

  4. Uncheck Players Cannot Pick Up From Discard Pile

  5. Cards Drawn From Stock pile = 2

  6. Canasta to Meld Out = 1

  • TO JOIN A TABLE

  1. Click The Find A Friend Column

  2. Enter Password n4g
