WE ARE GOING TO ATLANTA!

THE LIVE TOURNAMENT IS OPEN TO ALL NUTZ4GIN MEMBERS.  IF DESIRED, YOU MAY BRING YOUR SPOUSE AS WELL. NON-MEMBER SPOUSES MAY WATCH BUT NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENTS OR ENJOY A DAY OF SIGHTSEEING IN HISTORIC ATLANTA.  MEMBER SPOUSES WILL BE ABLE TO FULLY PARTICIPATE.

EACH MEMBER WILL BE ASSIGNED HIS/HER OWN ROOM.  YOU WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO SHARE ACCOMMODATIONS UNLESS IT IS WITH YOUR SPOUSE.

The Hotel has complimentary Airport shuttle service. 

COST?

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS

Each Member $485.00

Each Spouse $245.00 if sharing a room.

The cost has been calculated to include everything, rooms, meals, event space, local and excise taxes, surcharges, and gratuities. The payments are broken down in 3 parts.  We have to have at least 20 guest rooms to ensure the event space.  We have to have at least 50 guests to receive the catering services.  If anything changes and we do not meet the requirements, we will have to eat in the restaurant on-site and order from the menu, or find restaurants in the surrounding area. If that happens I will adjust the 3rd payment due to reflect the change.  IT WILL NOT BE HIGHER. In other words, if we do not qualify for full catering, I will reduce the 3rd payment amount.  I will not know more until after I receive all the deposits.   

IF YOUR SPOUSE IS ALSO AN ACTIVE LEAGUE MEMBER THEN PLEASE USE THE MEMBER & SPOUSE RATE AS YOU WILL BE SHARING A ROOM, ALL OTHER EVENT AND MEAL COSTS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE SPOUSE RATE. 

FULL DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY JULY 15TH

MEMBER DEPOSIT $100.00 AND SPOUSE DEPOSIT $50.00

THE DEPOSITS ARE USED TO GUARANTEE A BLOCK OF ROOMS AND THE EVENT SPACE.  THEREFORE, THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT TO RECEIVE THE GUARANTEED ROOMS AND EVENT SPACE. ONCE SIGNED I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A 100% CANCELLATION FEE OF THE EVENT SPACE.

USE THE PAYPAL BUTTONS BELOW TO MAKE ALL YOUR PAYMENTS.  PAYPAL IS THE SAFEST AND SUREST WAY TO DO THIS. I HAVE BEEN AN ONLINE PAYPAL MEMBER FOR YEARS AND WILL USE NO OTHER MEANS TO PAY MERCHANTS FOR PRODUCTS. YOU MAY PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, OR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER FROM YOUR CHECKING OR SAVINGS ACCOUNT ALL SAFELY AND SECURELY.  MAKE SURE YOU CLICK THE DROP DOWN BOX WHEN YOU MAKE PAYMENTS 2 AND 3.  ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE MADE ON TIME.  FIRST PAYMENT BY JULY 15TH.  2ND PAYMENT BY AUG 12TH AND THE FINAL BALANCE BY SEPT 9TH.

I can arrange that with the following agreement and payment plan only.  Both members desiring to share a room need to email me for verification. Each member must pay their own deposits and payments per the added PayPal box. Remember that there is still a minimum of 20 rooms needed to secure the meeting room. Sharing of rooms will not go towards fulfilling the obligation but it will save every member $120.00 who shares with someone willing.  If one member cancels the rest of the booking, the advance deposit for sharing a room of $120.00 will cover the other member's full cost.
