FOR EACH PAYMENT OPTION

BEFORE MAKING YOUR DEPOSITS

USE THE PAYPAL BOXES BELOW EACH OPTION TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE IN 3 PARTS. EACH PAYMENT IS DUE ANYTIME ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE. 

Please note that if we do not have the required number of attendees for the full catering service than your last payment will be reduced or voided. You will receive a notice by July 31st on the league bulletin board.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY JULY 15TH FOR ALL THE PLANS

Plans A, B, and C starts in the Hartsfield Room at 3pm on Friday Oct 7th.  Departing hotel by 11:00a.m., Sunday Oct 9th. For Plan D, check times.

RESTRICTIONS:

NO ONE UNDER 18 WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. YOUR SPOUSE OR ONE OTHER ADULT FAMILY MEMBER TRAVELING FROM OUT OF STATE WITH THE LEAGUE MEMBER WILL BE ALLOWED IF THEY ARE BOOKED AT THE HOTEL UNDER OPTION 2 BELOW. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please enjoy the hotel bar at cocktail hour or after our tournaments are over. However, no alcoholic beverages will be allowed in the tournament room.  Anyone deemed intoxicated will be asked to leave THE MEETING ROOM.

Each Member $485.00 US funds

Includes: 2 nights lodging single occupancy, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, full catering includes a  buffet dinner Friday and Saturday, buffet lunch on Saturday, use of the meeting room, full competition in live tournament  and all live tournament expenses, Paypal payment fees, tips, gratuities, Fed excise and state taxes, set-up fees, use of all hotel amenities, free airport shuttle service and in room wireless internet.

FULL PLAN WITH SPOUSE/Or Significant Other

Total cost for member and spouse is $730.00 US Funds.  Includes all items in Option A but you must share a room and non-league member spouses may not compete in the tournaments.

OPTION C FULL PLAN

 ROOM SHARING WITH ANOTHER MEMBER

MAXIMUM 2 MEMBERS PER ROOM

EACH MEMBER PAYS $365.00 US Funds

Includes all items in Option A but you will be sharing a room with another league member of your choice.  Both members who desire to share a room should send me a confirmation email to:

TOTAL COST TO EACH ROOM MATE $365.00 SHARING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WILL SAVE EACH MEMBER 120.00 BUT ONLY TWO PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED PER ROOM. ROOM SHARE DEPOSIT IS DUE THE SAME DATE AS ABOVE BUT IN THE AMOUNT OF $12O.00.  PER EACH MEMBER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

OPTION D HALF PLAN

FOR ATLANTA AREA RESIDENTS ONLY - NO SPOUSE

Per Member $245.OO US Funds

UNDER THIS PLAN NO SPOUSE OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBER OUTSIDE OF THE LEAGUE MEMBERS WILL BE PERMITTED.

Includes: One catered buffet dinner Friday and Saturday, use of the meeting room, full competition in live tournament  and all live tournament expenses, Paypal fees, tips, gratuities, Fed excise and state taxes, and set-up fees only.  You will not have any access to any other amenity offered by this hotel.

Plan D Program starts in the Hartsfield Room at 3pm on Friday Oct 7th and ends at 11pm.  Reconvenes at 6pm Saturday Oct 8th and ends at 11pm. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRIVE ON TIME FOR THE BUFFET DINNERS.

ATLANTA AREA RESIDENT - NO HOTEL BOOKING - NUTZ4GIN MEMBERS ONLY Deposit Due By July 15th. Non Refundable $100.00 Balance due by Aug. 12th. $65.00
