Use the correct table settings shown below in the illustration. once the options are chosen, click OK.
The rules of the game being played will determine the table settings and variation if playing anything other than standard (std) and these will all be shown on the tourney page or rules link.
Select the end game score for all standard games to 10 unless othewise shown in rules. All Standard games will check the box to stick the dealer. If you are not comfortable or unsure of how to set the table once you open it, there is an option on the settings to: Defer to next player. Click that button.
Non Standard games will allow the dealer to turn down the upcard on the second time around. Thus, the dealer will not be stuck making trump if they have a bad hand.
We will disable BOTS in most cases. A BOT partner may be used if needed. If so you will uncheck the Disable Bot play button. You will be informed.
NEVER check allow TRAM.
Errors: Report all errors in the lobby. Errors occur in several ways. A player selects to go alone on a score of 8 or 9 (this is not an error if the game rules state must go alone all hands). Or a player does not follow the required style of the game being played. Penalties will be identified on the tour page rules. If a player makes an error in a game, the hand will be cancelled and skipped one or two hands as determined by the player to the left of the error maker and confirmed by the host. EXCEPTION: There is a least one game with a 2 point penalty. If a player errors in Dirty Duel, the hand will be cancelled and skipped to next dealer. 2 points will be added manually to the non-erring team. Otherwise NEVER press skip a hand during game play.
Euchre has no option for table timers. Be courteous, steady play is expected at all times please .
There is a 5 minute game timer if your opponent goes missing or is frozen at the table. Report the missing player in lobby as: Player name MIA. The timer will be stopped as soon as the unresponsive or missing player resumes play. Report in lobby: Player name playing.
Subbing is allowed.
Most games will be with a live partner. Set the correct table options and be sure to check disable BOT. When joining the table, sit directly acrosss from your partner.
If a BOT partner is needed to finish the game, make sure the disable BOT play is unchecked. When joining, sit to the left or right of your opponent so you will partner with a BOT.
SCORING: Scores will show at the game table in the upper left corner. There is a blue square and a red oval. To understand which side your score is shown on, look at the table seating in the game room view. At the bottom of the table the player on the left shows in red while the player on the right shows in blue. Your score is posted to match your seating position, either red or blue seats.

You will not need to refer to these settings when playing a tournament, the tournament page has the correct settings for the game being played on the rules link or main tourney page. This is simply for your reference.

If there is not enough players or subs to finish a tour, you would Allow Bot Play and keep it unchecked.
If you are playing to a different Winning Score, the host will advise you and change the 10 to the new score.
In Loners Only tours, you would change the "Option" for the Trump Maker Can Go Alone replacing the option by checking ALWAYS.

Other variations of games and game rules may change the settings shown above. The host will have the rules on the tour page or rules link and also run them in the lobby.
