    • NEW UPDATED PORTION:

    Please read this section, and let the admins know that you have read this and you understand this subject.

     We are a league of Winners, so we must conduct ourselves with dignity. In order for us to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for players to come play free from the dreaded "DRAMA" word, we expect our staff/players to behave in a way which keep us Winners!

    We, the Admins have resolved certain issues by cutting ties to those who wish to cause problems. However, we continue to experience more issues. We feel that what happened in the past should remain in the past. We feel we learn from our errors of judgement and we are stronger because we dealt with these problems head on.
    We are implementing the following code of conduct:

  • 1st Time: Warning
  • 2nd Time: Box
  • 3rd Time: Out of League

    We are responsible for the actions of our members so please inform the admins if you see things happening when we are not present.

    We do not own any individual!

    We feel that as long as your loyalties stay with us, please feel free to play or associate with whomever you choose to associate. If others choose to continue with this drama, we can handle each as they arise, but we will not be the cause of any situations.




    • Yahoo Ims/Pogo Invites:
  • Separate admins/hdtds/tds from WC players list
  • Contact hdtd/admin with any concerns/questions
  • Do not excessively spam tourneys to tds/players via yahoo
  • Some players want you to IM them and remind them of tournament times and location of tournament.
  • If you get a request from any player to remove them,
    please let HA or ADMIN or HDTD know asap.
  • Pogo Invites are causing tds to be flagged for spamming!
  • Please do not send invites via pogomail






    • NEW TD TRAINING TIMELINE/RULES:

    Assigned Trainers:
  • All tds should let trainer be the one that answers any questions!
  • This will cause them not to have added confusion
  • However, if asked by admin, you can give them shortkeys, smiley instructions
  • First 20 tournaments are on trial basis
    After the probationary period is over, we will have a conference call
    between admins and td
    Thus giving us time to observe tourneys and make comments from both admin/td.


  • TOURNAMENTS NOW COST 50 BUXX TO PLAY
    Specials are 60-75 buxx , ie toc, birthday tourney, staff vs players, league vs league.
    Other games are being determined.

  • After 10, td must meet with admins to discuss performance/concerns
  • Accept all donations from players
  • Send message with winners names to gifters via pogo message
  • Learn and understand PRINT SCREEN

      ROOM SHARE COURTESY:

    • When they are running tournament in room,
    • Do Not wear smiley
    • Do Not run shortkeys
    • They are best kept on friendly terms so remember to keep chat light.
    • Do not allow chat to get offensive on either side.


    • Smiley Responsiblities:

    Basic Need to Know:
  • Maintain Friendly Atmosphere amongst members/nonmembers
  • Be responsible in setting and keeping to schedule
  • Be there 0 mins ahead prior to tourney time, as we start on time!
    ***20-30 MINS IF YOU HAVE TIME TO SIT***
  • ***We do not wait for late players!***
  • Run rules 5 mins prior to start time
  • When hosting, TAKE CHARGE of the room
  • Remember a td's best weapon, the MUTE button for undesireable chat
  • Non-hosting tds should let the hosting td handle situation
  • **unless asked in im by hosting td**
  • Remain neutral when handling room disputes
  • League business is to be discussed in pc or via im's not in chat area
  • Keep the conversation light and something everyone can join in on
  • Stop the drama in its tracks
  • Keep spamming to 30 mins prior to start of tournament


  • PC:
  • Hosting TD is NEVER to pc during tournament!
  • Hosting TD are not to be in IM'S or PC during a tourney-certain exceptions may apply!
  • If you need help, IM someone that can help
  • Usually another td is in room or someone knowledgable enough to assist them


    • During Tournaments:

  • Meet and Greet:
  • Greet all players!
  • Welcome all non-members, possible new recruits,lol!
  • New members should be introduced to players
  • Maintain Friendly Atmosphere amongst members/nonmembers



  • Grid 101:
  • When hosting it is your responsiblity to update grid asap
  • Also, watch chat for wins/challenges
  • FOLLOW individual game rules determined by the league Admins
  • Remember to follow time allotments for each round 10 minute rounds
  • Keep the grid moving.



  • Room Etiquette & Respect for the Hosting TD:
  • Hosting td is in charge of room!
  • When you are not hosting, Do NOT ask hosting td who you are playing or if you are holding**
  • Remember that you are a spectator unless asked to assist someone by hosting td**
  • ***Anyone found to be consistently stepping on a tds toes may be subject to boxing. ***
  • Do not im td who is hosting unless it involves the tournament.(see exception below)

    **Example**
    IF a td misses a question by a player, before answering in room im that td and tell them what was asked. Never take it upon yourself to answer before being given the okay by hosting td.


  • Emergencies:
  • We understand that occasionally emergencies do come up from time to time.
  • Please call or im hdtd/admin if at all possible.
  • If going to be gone for extended period, please notify admins/hdtds.
