This is in reference to the Admin Complaint 1715686 filed against the leagueofdreams league over the game room Fortune Bingo Speedy Rm 011.

After reviewing the calendars of both leagues, as per the League-to-League Dispute guide, page 4,

In order to establish initial rights to a room, your League must host tournaments there regularly and openly for at least a week without any objections from other Leagues.

Neither league has actually established any rights in the game room, up to the date of this Admin Complaint.

However, after reading the reply from leagueofdreams league Head Admin in reference to a share agreement, a share agreement between both leagues would be the best course of action.

Both leagues are fairly new and would benefit from a share in the room.

The activity that is proprosed by both leagues would increase both leagues memberships and might even prevent another league from entering the room to establish themselves.

In order to establish rights and claim to a room, a league must first host in the room for at least 7 days.

Rooms are not transferable to another league.

Only by hosting in the room does a league earn rights.

I have included a sample share agreement for both leagues to utilize to help set amiable guidelines for both leagues.

Please note the following facts about share agreements:

Share agreements are a list of ground rules to make sharing easier; they do not define the fact that the room is shared.

If all parties do not agree willingly to the terms, then by definition it is not an agreement.

A share agreement also cannot be worded so as to give one League power over another.

Invalid clauses that give one league power over another will not be upheld by the MyLeague staff.

The predominant factor in share agreements is that they are fair and equal for all Leagues entering into the agreement.

No one League has control over the other; there are equal rights to the room and its features for ALL leagues involved.

The following is a sample share agreement that you can use if you want:

Room Share Agreement (Game Site) (Game Name) (Room Name)

This Share Agreement is between (League A) and (League B) and is effective (Date).
• a) Both leagues will share the room equally.
• b) Both leagues may mark the room.
• c) This agreement remains in effect for as long as both leagues are in existence or until one league decides to leave the room.
• (League A) will start tournaments on whole and half hours: 12:00, 12:30, 1:00 f) (League B) will start tournaments on quarter hours: 12:15, 12:45, 1:15 g) Either league may start a tournament during the other league’s time slot, however these tournaments should be started from a table.
• h) If a league does not have a tourney booked for their time slot, then the other league can start theirs in the lobby.
• i) All spams should be kept short and sweet.
• j) Both leagues must agree before a third league can enter into this agreement.
• ** Both Head-Admins must sign the agreement by exchanging emails agreeing to the Share Agreement.
