MESSAGE FROM THE BOSS


As the good weather rapidly approaches, most of us are getting geared up for what some consider the first "long weekend" of summer.

For most families it will just be a good weekend to get the kids and grandkids together in the same backyard all at the same time.

Sad to say, few Americans under the age of 50 understand what Memorial Day really means.

Memorial Day is sacred.

The real meaning of Memorial Day is to remember those who died in service.

The real meaning of Memorial Day is to remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.



Marathon is this Saturday and I hope you all come to Social Lounge 7 to play and meet our many new players, returning members and our new staff.

When reporting a loss in the lobby on Marathon Day, PLEASE make sure you include the time as well as your opponent's name. For example, "lost to jimfmtx2 in the 2:30". This is a BIG help to all of the TD's during a time when the lobby is full of multiple tournament reportings.

With a sharp knife cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
Fill each with 1/4 of the cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Coat chicken with flour shaking off excess.
Dredge floured breasts in eggs and roll in bread crumbs to seal.
Over medium heat, saute chicken until golden brown.
(Some filling may leak out)
Squeeze lemon wedge over each breast if desired.
Serve with wild rice and your favorite vegetable.
Enjoy !
