	Table spam: 38 SPECIAL SINGLES.. 2/2/2 Rated Protected Kibitz OFF .. You may meld anything (except 8s) but cannot go out til all the red 3s are on table. You must have a canasta for every red 3 you get. If you dont get any red 3s you still need 1 canasta to go out. All 8s are like black 3s, if there is an 8 on top of pile you cannot pick it up, You cannot meld 8s, unless you are going out, and you cannot canasta 8s, even when going out. You may pickup pile.
