• 2. What hours of the day are we required to run Reg with Nil only - no variation?

• 3. How long before your scheduled tourney is to start should you be in the lobby?
  
  
  30 MINUTES
• 4. When should Round 2, 3, 4 games be called?
  
  
  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO ELIMINATED MEMBERS MAY JOIN THE NEXT TOURNEY.
• 5. How many minutes do teams have to make table before it flips?
  
  
  3 MINUTES, THEN THE BOTTOM BRACKET TEAM SHOULD BE ASKED TO MAKE THE TABLE.
• 6. If you are unable to run your scheduled tourney what do you need to do?
  
  
  FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO RUN YOUR TOURNEY OR SOMEONE TO PUT A TOURNEY IN THE PLACE OF YOURS.
• 7. If both players on one team are missing, how many minutes do they have before they would forfeit the game?
  
  
  10 MINUTES FOR THE TEAM.
• 8. If Suicide 4 goes down we have an alternate lobby we play in. Where is the link to this lobby? What do you do with the games that were in play at the time Suicide 4 went down?

• 9. When someone says BRB or fails to play with good ping on the table what should you do?
  
  
  SET TIMER, BUT IF ON A NIL HAND WARN THEM THAT BRB ON NIL IS NOT ALLOWED
• 10. With BRBs how long do you wait before you get a sub and boot the person that is on BRB?
  
  
  SET TIMER FOR 2 MINUTES AND BOOT THEM AFTER 2 MINS AND GET A SUB UNLESS THEY ARE HOST, THEN 3 MINUTES
• 11. Scenario - RED team has one person that had some problems with lag & also took a BRB during game. Game time has expired & they are on hand 8/10. The RED team is winning. What should you do?

  CALL HAND 9 AS LAST HAND BEFORE THEY BID HAND 9 UNLESS IT IS A SMALL TOUR, THEN POSSIBLY EXTEND TIME
• 13. Scenario - Game time has expired. Both teams have contributed to the slowness of the game & they are on hand 8/10. What should you do?
  
  
  CALL HAND 9 AS LAST HAND BEFORE THEY BID HAND 9 UNLESS IT IS A SMALL TOUR, THEN POSSIBLY EXTEND TIME
• 14. You are in need of a sub. Who is able to sub and in what order should available subs be used?
  
  
  (a) PARTNER'S CHOICE
  (b) MEMBERS AT TABLE NOT PLAYING
  (c) MEMBERS IN LOBBY NOT PLAYING
  (d) MEMBERS ON A BYE
  (e) TD UNTIL SOMEONE ARRIVES TO REPLACE TD
• 15. Scenario - BLUE TEAM has one misbid (-100). Yahoo ends the game due to score reaching 500. Score is: BLUE 520 to RED 380 What should you do ?
  
  
  CONTINUE GAME ON PAPER UNTIL ONE TEAM REACHES 500 AFTER MISBID OR MAXIMUM TIME OR HANDS IS REACHED.
• 16. You have a team that needs a sub but the remaining partner refuses the only sub you have available. What should you do?
  
  
  SET 5 MINUTE TIMER AND DISQUALIFY THE TEAM AFTER TIME EXPIRES.
• 17. One player is having problems and has gotten booted 2 times. The next time they are booted (3rd time) what should you do?
  
  
  A PERMANENT SUB WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE GAME AFTER THE 3RD BOOT. IF THEIR TEAM WINS, THE ORIGINAL PLAYER MAY SIT FOR THE NEXT ROUND.
• 18. During a game one member of the blue team tells his partner that he has a crap hand or that he isn't worried about cover on a nil hand. What should you do?
  
  
  WARN THE TEAM OF TABLE TALK AND DISQUALIFY THEM IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN. TD HAS THE OPTION OF SKIPPING THE HAND.
• 19. During the game a member of the red team says "we can't win, waste of my time" and it's only on hand 6. The member just leaves. What should you do?
  
  
  ASK THE REMAINING PLAYER IF THEY WANT A SUB TO COMPLETE THE GAME. BOX THE PLAYER WHO LEFT FOR 1 DAY, NO WARNING
• 20. In a game the bidding starts and player one bids, player two misbids, player three and four have not yet bid. What should you do?
  
  
  HAVE THE REMAINING PLAYERS BID THEIR HANDS, ASK FOR KIBITZ TO BE TURNED ON AND ACCESS MISBID PENALTIES. SKIP HAND.
• 21. You have a non league member come to the table and kibitz. What should you do?
  
  
  ASK THEM TO STOP. IF THEY DO NOT STOP ASK THE HOST TO BOOT THEM.
• 22. You have a member who is being continually rude to their partner. What should you do?
  
  
  IF IT HAPPENS IN THE LOBBY OR AT A TABLE, TAKE SCREEN SHOTS & BOX THE RUDE MEMBER FOR 3 DAYS, ASK THEM TO LEAVE THE GAME AND GET A SUB FOR THE OFFENDED PARTNER.
