But the only tours that will count are the tours that are moved 15 mins after the
start time. If you move them before the 15 mins they will not count.
Please try to set 24 hours in advance unless you are setting to fill openings on calendar the day of the tourney. Members do not come to the room looking for a tourney; they go to the calendar first. Then if no tourneys are set guess what happens? They go someplace else to play and we lose out. So it is very important to set as much in advance as possible.And remember that all premium members diamond and platinum get a calendar sent to them daily around 3:00 AM eastern time. So by setting early it is listed on that calendar and many players will come in. If not on the calendar the spot looks like it is wide open and no tourneys have been set.
ABUSE BY ANOTHER HOST
If you encounter a problem with another Host and you feel you have been treated unfair please report the issue to our TD Manager which is Admin Tequila.
Please do not at anytime argue in Lobby or in front of other members, this does not look well for Members.. This only causes drama and thats how we lose members. If you have an issue with another Admin then you would go to Billi and she will take care of it by hearing both sides. Do not try to tell another Host what to do at anytime. We are not here to be bossy to one another. If this occurs your subject to being removed from our staff. We are here to have fun and that is the main key.
MSN MESSENGER
When you become TD in our league we need for you to have MSN messenger. This is a very important tool needed to be a Host in any league. You have communication with Admin and all Staff for problems that may occur. Communication makes thing go much smoother. So please go to www.msn.com and down load the MSN messenger.
LOCATION BOX
Please put your Tourney name in Location Box in this order.
INEB……100 Check and the name of the game and or Special name.
SPECIALS
All Specials are charged 100 Buxs.
You have all recieved an email when specials are.
You also receive an email weekly when Specials are.
Please do not set any Long tours 2 hour before a Special
Such as: Swiss, Double Elims, No 5's
All tours 1 hour before a special must be 200 CK or under
If you do set a tour listed above they will be moved or revised to meet our Guidelines
The half hour before a special you MUST set a super quickie
69 CK or under
All Specials must be set in Advance.
If a Tourney is set in the place of a Special that Tourney will be removed without notice.

Hour Tours: 55 buxs and up
Half hour tours: 50 buxs and under
FREEBIES
(First Ten of a New Host)
First five must be set with the Host trainer present. After the five it is at the trainers discretion as to whether your able to be on your own on the Half Hour only from 6:00 PM until 12:30 AM. This is considered prime time after 12:30 AM up until 5:30 PM they can be set on the hour provided that no other tourneys are set. Please do not set more then 5 freebies in a row, the reason for this is people want tours with Bux not all the freebies. It is wise to set freebies on the half hour to follow a Host that has tourneys set for Bux. This makes everyone happy.
50 CHECK OR UNCHECK IS RECOMMENDED TO MAKES THEM GO FASTER
NO REVERSE & NO 5’S
SETTING HOUR AND THE HALF HOUR TOURNEYS
Please if your setting the hour special or a regular tourney please set on the half hour as well. This way your able to run two tourneys and we do not have a bunch of Host in room with macro's at once.

"then another Host has the 10:00 PM"
Then we have three Host that at one time or another will be all running Macro's and if this is the case then pairings or missing reports get looked over. It's very easy to happen so this rule will prevent this from happening.
PAIRINGS
All pairings are called by the Host and the first name in pairing is the one who sets the table. Unless the rules are stated on rules page which is located on the tourney page itself. Please do not allow players to play before they are called. If they do start to play the game before the pairing is called the game is replayed and started over. If they are in a rated game they have 2 minutes to play or they will have to forfeit and take the loss. This rule applies to Host as well as members. Thank you for your cooperation.
RULES ON TOURNEY PAGES
We do not run rules in the lobby like many leagues do. This means we require rules to be on each and every tourney page. Once you set the tourney we have one of our Admin that checks them daily for rules. If you do not place the rules on your tourney page you will get a letter to let you know and this will be your only warning to do better. If it happens after that your tourney you set will be subject to being moved. The reason we do not run rules is it saves time in the lobby and tourneys get going most of the time on time.
So please cooperate.
CLOSING TIME
All hosts are required to wait 15 minutes past the tour start time before they can move the tour. Please allow our members time to jump. If you do not have 4 members in by 15 minutes past tour start time, you may move the tour to another time slot. Once you have four in and you close remember to call the time of pairing after each round called. Please do not hold your tourney up to interfere with the upcoming Host. Try to at least close within 3 minutes from scheduled time if you have four players. People really do not like late tourneys, especially the old timers that have played for long time.
HOSTING IN TWO LEAGUES
YOU MUST HOST ONLY IN THIS LEAGUE UNLESS APPROVED BY ADMIN
If you are hosting in another Domino League without contacting the Admin team for approval, you will be given the option to choose which league you want to Host.
DOUBLE JUMPING
MEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
to jump in another tourney at any time if currently in one. This is called double jumping and is not allowed. If a member gets into the upcoming tour and the Host just so happens to close the tourney without catching the Double Jumper. The player will be given the option of which tourney they would like to be taken out of.
There is one exception of the Double Jump rule which is Teams. the reason this is allowed we try to make it possible for all to be able to get into the teams and it also makes the start of Teams faster.
HOST ARE NOT ALLOWED
Please do not jump somebody by using there password it is a violation of Cases rules and they will remove you as a Host permanently so please do not try this.
ADVERTISING FOR NEXT HOST
Please be courteous and advertise for the upcoming host.
The oncoming host may run there ad in lobby 10 minutes prior to, but not before.
If you’re not the Host and you do not have a tourney coming up next please do not interfere with the host by running Macro’s in the lobby. The present Host is in command of the Lobby during their tourney.
To much lobby chat with host using macro’s can get very confusing to host that are presently hosting.
Also when 2 tourneys are running at the same time with two different hosts,
please watch for each other and not walk on each other with macros.
Try to help each other but do not step on each others toes.
If your not hosting do not run Macro's in the lobby unless permission is granted.
If your hosting and you have a problem please direct it to the Admin of this league.
This makes it easier for all, and it makes it more fun and enjoyable to Host and play.
PLAYING WHILE HOSTING
It is okay to play in ladder with players or in play in other tourneys while hosting. But remember
that you have a tourney going and it is no excuse for you to not watch lobby for reports from
members. Holding up a tourney because you’re playing in one and your busy is not a good
excuse to members. Yes we have time to play and have fun without hosting and playing. But it is
okay to do so.
DEPENDABLE
All hosts must be dependable honest people. Show up at least 15 minutes prior to your tourney and if you for some reason cannot be here prior to that please at least let someone know by email or IM in advance If you’re your not here within 15 minutes from schedules time of your Tourney, it may be moved and one set in the place without notification. Everyone has problems in life that we cannot control. But when we took the position as host it is our responsibility to be loyal to our members.
FOUL LANGUAGE
Foul language will not be tolerated by Host or by a member at anytime.
We do have members that are Christians and they come here to enjoy
the game of Dominoes and do not appreciate Potty Mouths.
If you want to use foul Language or let your players use foul language
may I suggest you find another league to play in.
I hope all understand and respect others in the league with such rule.
If Host or player wants to use foul Language
one or both are subject to be placed in the Penalty Box for 3 days first offense.
Second offense will not be pretty.

We are all from different walks of life with different FAITHS, different Backgrounds, different Environments. And remember to always show good sportsmanship whether you win or lose. Members watch you and expect you to represent the league as an example not a trouble maker or cry baby.
