Here are some simple things to look for on race days

All tournaments on Race Day close once 4 members have joined. 8 members for doubles.
            (The expection to this rule is Special Events Tournament.)
            These are marked on the calander by SE in the tournament name.

No DE, Swiss or multi tournaments will be hosted on Race Days, unless it is a Special event.

All Doubles on Race Days will be random partner only.

We take requests! On Race day you may request in the lobby for a particular tournament to be hosted.

YOU CAN STILL ONLY BE IN 2 TOURNAMENTS AT ONE TIME

If you miss out on a tourney you wanted in
Just ask, and if a TD is available, they will make another just like it!

Hard working Staff! The staff at 4fun will do their best to accommodate your request
Please be patient when requesting a tourney, or getting the attention of a host
Race Day is a busy day for staff and members
Remember, we're all on the same team!

Please set all your tourneys for this day as 2 rounds.
As soon as your tourney fills close it and run it.

When to make your tourneys
You can make your tourneys in any time slot, doubles, singles.

Who Spams
We found it best if all staff spammed their own tourney as 1(one) line.
Please if you find a td swamped or they can't fill one of their tourneys help them out.
** PLEASE** Do not spam bux in lobby on race day
The Lobby is quite busy as you all know.

How many tourneys can you make?
You can make as many tourneys as you wish, it's always best to have some
pre-made tourneys for back up set for 2010 so you can move a tourney quickly.

ONLY MAKE WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE


Help your fellow staff out. It is always nice to see the staff helping each other out every day
but particularly on days like this.

Working as a team only helps the day go smoother. If members want in a tourney that is full, an easy way to fix this is to make one for them if you can. Remember only 4 members can join a tourney so as soon as you get
4 in close your tourney and run it.

It's always nice to see td donations on these tourneys because of course members do not get a lot of bux for these tourneys. Remember there will be times that there is more then 1 tourney in a 15 min time spot and that is OK.

And a reminder to all - Members play alot of tournaments these days, and these days are for them.
Staff works very hard to please the members on these days, and the best compliment is patience.
