4Fun is taking you around the world!! Want to travel with us? Well grab your passport and some Traveling Bux and away we go!! We won't be going anyplace really cold so you do not have to worry about hypothermia! On Thursdays every tournament you win will earn you some traveling bux. Here is the breakdown of what you can earn: NTC Tournament - 10 bux PU Tournament - 15 bux Shared win on a swiss - 10 bux Outright win on a Swiss - 20 bux DE Tournament - 25 bux Multi Tournament - 30 bux As you earn your bux, we will keep track of it for you, and when you have some saved up, you go to your passport, at the bottom will be a section for you to book your tickets, and just choose the destination you want to travel to. You will then have your Traveling Bux deducted, and receive your VISITED stamp in your passport. Please remember this is not instant and is done manually!! Now along the way, there are also some surprises in store for everyone. Each month there will be some "Traveler's Cheques" tournaments. If you win one of these tournaments, you will need to pick a number between 1 and 4 and you get a surprise amount of traveling bux. The amounts will change week to week and month to month. There are also some "Delayed by Customs" tournaments. If you win this tournament, you get to choose a member to be "Delayed by Customs" on the upcoming week; which means he or she cannot earn any traveling bux!! Effective April 2012 If you are Delayed by Customs, you are not able to win ANY of the Traveling Specials while you are delayed. This means if you win the Travelers Cheque, you do not earn any extra bux, if you win the Delay by Customs special, you do not get to delay anyone. Instead the special prize will become null and void until the next week. So now for the overall prizes... Winner will receive a Years Diamond Membership Second place will receive a Years Platinum Membership Third place will receive a Years Gold Membership Fourth place will receive 20,000 ladderbux Fifth place will receive 15,000 ladderbux Sixth place will receive 10,000 ladderbux Seventh place will receive 7,500 ladderbux Eighth place will receive 5,000 ladderbux Ninth place will receive 2,500 ladderbux Tenth place will receive 1,000 ladderbux PLEASE NOTE! On the Diamond and Platinum Memberships, since the money for this is coming out of the Admin's pocket (not our revenue share) we will pay monthly for your membership. We also will require you to be an active member in 4Fun. This includes playing in at least 25 tournaments a month. If we find that you are not being active we will stop the payments on your account.
