SWEET 16

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You must meld either 6's and/or 10's in your INITIAL meld. 
If you don't have 6's and/or 10's to meld, than you can 
NOT meld. You must have 6's AND 10's melded before you can 
make a canasta. If you make a canasta FIRST in 6's THEN in 
10's, YELL "Sweet 16" and you win the game automatically. 
You may not pick up the pile at anytime
