NO TOUCH HIGH/LOW CANASTA’S

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTA'S, RATED, PRIVATE. 

If you are the first person to draw a card, and the top 
card is black, you may only meld or canasta anything 
between 4’s and 8’s. If the top card is red, then you 
can only meld or canasta anything between 9’s and King’s. 
When one player is either hi or low the other player is 
the other. The Aces are like black 3's and you can discard 
them, but you cant meld Aces or meld the Black 3s until 
going out. Either player can meld Aces or black 3s when 
going out but you CANNOT canasta ACES ever.
You cannot pick up the pile anytime.
