MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You must meld everything everything everything that 
you can as soon as you can. NO freezing the pile, go 
out whenever you feel like it or if you get to cold. 
You can not hold anything back. Wilds do not have to 
be melded until you feel like melding them. You must 
meld to your canasta if you are able to. Example, you 
have a canasta made of 4's and you draw a 4, you have 
to meld it, CAN NOT DISCARD. You will be given one 
warning per person per game for holding cards that 
could be melded, you'll be dq'ed for freezing the pile.
