MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You can only meld and canasta 3's through 7's. All other 
cards (8's through A's) are discards only and you may 
never meld them or canasta them. You may meld black 3's 
to go out. You may not pick up the pile, but you may go 
out anytime
