HIGHER LOWER

MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

1st hand is played as HIGHER(you may only meld or 
canasta A's, Ks, Qs, Js, 10s & 9s), 4's through 8's 
are discards. 2nd hand is played as LOWER(you may only 
meld or canasta 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s) A's through 10's 
are discards.3rd is HIGHER, 4th is LOWER...etc. Black 3's 
are always discards. You may never meld black 3's to the 
table. You may NOT pick up the pile, you can go out anytime.
