MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 1 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

In this tourney, you must meld with either 9’s or 5’s, 
you can meld other cards and wilds with your initial meld, 
but you MUST have either 9’s OR 5’s. You may make any 
canastas at any time, and of any card, but you cannot go 
out unless you have BOTH 9’s and 5’s melded. 1 canasta 
to go out, Don’t touch the pile.
