MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

In the game you must have "dirty 4s" and "dirty 10s" 
(4 & 10's melded with 2s only, NO JOKERS) before you 
can make any canastas. If you canasta before you have 
"dirty 4s" and "dirty 10s" or if you use a joker with 
the 4s and 10s, you will be DQed. YOU CANNOT CANASTA 
4s or 10s, ever! You can pick up the pile and go out 
at anytime
