MAKE ALL TABLES DRAW 2 CARDS, 2 CANASTA, RATED, PRIVATE.

You must have 7's in your initial meld. In order to go out, 
all of your canasta's must be higher than 7's 
(8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, Ace). You cannot have a canasta in 
7's and 4's and go out. So make sure your canasta's are 
7's and higher to go out.
