REGISTERING FOR TOURNAMENTS

Be sure you have enough buxs to register, if not please do not hesitate to ask in the lobby for more buxs there are many of our members who would love to donate.

On our League Main Page in the upper right corner you can log in using your member id and password.
This allows you to register for tournaments without opening the actual tourney.

Scroll down to the list of tournaments, next to each tourney will be a place to click on register, this is only useful on 1 vs 1 tourneys.

2 vs 2 tourneys you will have to open the tourney to join.

Be sure to read the game rules for each tournament. On the tourney page itself there is a box that needs to be checked that you have read the rules,
this tells our tourney directors you understand the game rules,if you do not understand please ask the acting tourney
director for more clarification prior to the tournament starting.

All game rules will be ran in the lobby prior to starting and at each table except for Regular or Regular STD rules.

If the table orders the card we have no way of telling if it was or not
there fore play continues.

SEATING RULE

Non-League Player.. If you are at your table and a nonmember sits, kindly asked them to stand explaining this is a league table.
Offer them to join our league.

If the game has started, notify the tourney director and a new table will be remade.
All Players are to sit in the same seats if a new table is made, no exceptions.
Score will not follow
Players at wrong tables.
Notify the tourney director
Do not continue play

If there is a score, first person in the pairings will be asked to make a new table.
Score does not follow to new table.
All players are to sit in the same seats at the new table, no exceptions.

ONCE YOU HAVE TAKEN YOUR SEAT AT THE TABLE, WE DO NOT MORE PERMIT CHANGING SEATS,
IF THIS IS A CASE A NEW TABLE WILL BE ASKED TO ME MADE.

TOURNAMENT TIMERS

Timers – we allow 3-minute timer per member per tournament.
Example: If you use 1 minute to get to the table and 2 minutes during the rest of the tourney that will be a total of 3 minutes.

Timers begin at the end of the tourney directors’ pairings. The timer is posted in the lobby.
If a player is booted from the lobby or table at the time of play a timer begins at that time and ends when they are seated at the table.

BRB’s are a little more lenient but for so long, then a timer will begin.

Chatting in the lobby during play can be a distraction to the game, if the director see’s this to be the issue you will be asked to play,
and if it persists the director can place a timer on the table at any time.

If you are timed out in a tourney, you are not permitted to sub in the remainder of the tournament.

Boo Ruling

Left of the boo’er choose to skip 1 or 2 times
Left of the boo’er can choose to play out the hand (when can) and not skip
If a boo is fixable by the td, this is the first option.

Games that we cannot play the handout are:
Dirty Clubs
Dirty Diamonds
Dirty Hearts
Dirty Spades
Dirty Dreaming
Switch Clubs
Switch Diamonds
Switch Hearts
Switch Spades

When a boo occurs at the tables, contact the running tourney director immediately, no boo is to be corrected at the tables without the td present,
the only exception to this rule if is the running director has asked another TD in the tourney at that table to watch for them.

SLOW PLAY

We here at Good Times Euchre expect members to play at a steady pace.

Should the hosting tournament director deem the pace to be slow, a slow play warning will be implemented at that time.

If a second warning is placed for slow play that results in a disqualification from the tournament.

If you are disqualified from the tournament, you cannot participate in the remainder of the tournament.

Slow play spam: We all enjoy a steady pace of play so unfortunately this is your 1st slow play warning, 1 more warning and I am sorry, but you will be dq'ed

TABLE TALK

Table talk of any form is not permitted in this league
If table talk does occur, the hosting tourney director will give a warning and decide at that time how to proceed (i.e. Skip hand or disqualify)

QUICKIE GAMES

We ask that all players at the table remain seated until the tourney director makes clarification on the win and has called good game.
Reason being most of our quickies do not last until the score reaches 10 points therefore there would
be no winning results given to our directors in the lobby at the end of the match.

CHEATING

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ACCUSING A MEMBER OF THIS LEAGUE OF CHEATING WILL BE TOLERATED BY ANYONE.

Cheating of any kind is not permitted in Good Times Euchre or will be tolerated.

In the case of a 1 vs 1 and cases pairs them together that is permitted in the league

MEMBERS IN OTHER LEAGUES

There is no, nor will there ever be a ruling in Good Times Euchre that a member is not permitted to play in more than one league.
We have many members who are part of other leagues.

It is a Cases Ruling that members are NOT permitted to play in league tournaments at the same time in two leagues at once.

In Good Times, if you are found to be in a tournament here and in a tournament in another league at the same time you will be
disqualified in ours with possible further actions taken by our Admin team.

TWO TOURNEY PLAY

We do allow members to play in two tournaments at once
