CRAZY 3'S NTC
You can not go out until all the Red 3'S are on the board.  And you must have a canasta for every red 3 you get.  Ex. If you have 1 Red 3 you must have AT LEAST 1 canasta.  You can have more than 1, but you have to have AT LEAST 1.  It is otherwise played as no touch cut, if you do not have any red 3's you still need 1 canasta to go out.  DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE.

No puedes salir hasta que todos los 3 rojos estén en el tablero. Y debes tener una canasta por cada 3 rojo que obtengas. Ex. Si tienes 1 Red 3 debes tener AL MENOS 1 canasta. Puede tener más de 1, pero debe tener POR LO MENOS 1. De lo contrario, se juega sin cortes táctiles, si no tiene ningún 3 rojo, todavía necesita 1 canasta para salir. NO TOQUE LA PILA.
