4ON NTC
You can meld anything, anytime but no canastas till 
FOUR 4s have been melded on the table first (you may use wilds 4444 
or 4422) BUT YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 4. You may have less than four 4s, 
but no more until you have called 4ON.
Once you have 4 on the floor you can make canastas and add to the 4's 
(the 4's can be canasta'd ONLY AFTER there is 4 on the floor).  Please remember, you cannot add to your four 4's until you have said 4ON.  DO NOT TOUCH THE PILE.

Puedes fundir cualquier cosa, en cualquier momento pero sin canastas hasta
CUATRO 4s se combinaron primero en la mesa (puede usar comodines 4444
o 4422) PERO PUEDES SOLO TENER 4. Puedes tener menos de cuatro 4s,
Pero no ms hasta que hayas llamado a 4ON.
Una vez que tengas 4 en el piso, puedes hacer canastas y agregarlas a las 4
(los 4 pueden ser canasados ??SOLO DESPUS de que haya 4 en el piso). Recuerde, no puede agregar a sus cuatro 4 hasta que haya dicho 4ON. NO TOQUE LA PILA.
